Des conf\u00e9renciers et des invit\u00e9s de renom ainsi que des ateliers instructifs sur les diff\u00e9rents secteurs d\u2019une entreprise attendent les participants, le 1<sup>er<\/sup>\u202fjuillet prochain.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avec ce nouveau format, la success-story se poursuit. Au cours des derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, ces journ\u00e9es de rencontre sont devenues d\u2019importants \u00e9v\u00e8nements d\u2019information et de r\u00e9seautage dans le secteur. Ils passeront le relais \u00e0 Philippe Ligron, chef passionn\u00e9, ancien responsable des ateliers de cuisine \u00e0 l\u2019Alimentarium et ancien Ma\u00eetre d\u2019enseignement s\u00e9nior \u00e0 l\u2019Ecole h\u00f4teli\u00e8re de Lausanne. En tant que p\u00e9dagogue n\u00e9 et engag\u00e9 dans la formation professionnelle, il lancera les activit\u00e9s de la journ\u00e9e avec une allocution introductive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensuite, il est possible de participer \u00e0 trois ateliers au choix parmi les th\u00e8mes suivants de la branche boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie-confiserie.
