Cette manifestation d\u2019inauguration est ouverte aux exposants et aux visiteurs de la FBK. La BCS a mandat\u00e9 une \u00e9tude des tendances sur \u00ab\u2009L\u2019avenir du secteur de la boulangerie-confiserie suisse\u2009\u00bb au cours des prochaines ann\u00e9es. Cette \u00e9tude unique en son genre sera pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e par Trendone GmbH lors du \u00ab\u2009Rendez-vous FBK\u2009\u00bb. L\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement sera traduit simultan\u00e9ment en fran\u00e7ais. Il faut compter environ vingt minutes par th\u00e8me.
