Pistor veut r\u00e9investir la majeure partie du b\u00e9n\u00e9fice de 25,5 millions dans ses infrastructures, selon son communiqu\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les deux tiers de cette croissance ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s par ses propres moyens, selon Pistor. Le reste est d\u00fb \u00e0 l&#8217;inflation. Le chiffre d&#8217;affaires a grimp\u00e9 de 17,6%. Il s\u2019est \u00e9tabli \u00e0 408,8 millions. Une \u00e9volution qui s&#8217;est faite en grande partie par ses propres moyens, mais qui repose aussi sur les effets de rattrapage du printemps 2022, marqu\u00e9 par la pand\u00e9mie. Avec une part de 51,3% du chiffre d&#8217;affaires total, la restauration est le segment de client\u00e8le le plus important pour la premi\u00e8re fois dans l\u2019histoire de Pistor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les activit\u00e9s de base des boulangeries, p\u00e2tisseries et confiseries ont enregistr\u00e9 une solide croissance de 2,5% (387,7 millions).
