L&#8217;investissement pour le b\u00e2timent logistique s&#8217;\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 18,5 millions de francs. L&#8217;ouverture est pr\u00e9vue l&#8217;ann\u00e9e prochaine. L&#8217;objectif du grossiste est d&#8217;assurer un approvisionnement durable de la client\u00e8le de Suisse orientale.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sur 9000 m2, 16 rampes pour camions, des surfaces logistiques, des bureaux, une ligne de lavage pour camions aliment\u00e9e en eau de pluie ainsi que des installations solaires en toiture seront construites. Jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 24 collaborateurs sont pr\u00e9vus sur place. A partir de ce site, les livraisons dans les cantons de Thurgovie, Saint-Gall, Appenzell, Grisons, Glaris et dans la Principaut\u00e9 du Liechtenstein seront effectu\u00e9es&nbsp;; et non plus depuis le si\u00e8ge principal \u00e0 Rothenburg (LU). Elle se fera avec du bois d&#8217;\u00e9pic\u00e9a. Des pompes \u00e0 chaleur assureront le chauffage, pr\u00e9cise son communiqu\u00e9. L\u2019installation solaire couvrira une partie de la consommation d&#8217;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9. Une partie de la flotte de camions roulera \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9. La livraison des produits se fera la nuit par le train, avant d&#8217;\u00eatre distribu\u00e9e en camion \u00e0 partir de Sennwald.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-investissement-dans-le-futur\"><strong>Investissement dans le futur<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pistor n&#8217;investit pas seulement en Suisse orientale, mais aussi ailleurs dans son infrastructure logistique. A partir de 2026, l&#8217;entreprise agrandira son si\u00e8ge principal de Rothenburg sur une superficie de plus de 30000 m2.
