Il reprend la fonction de tr\u00e9sorier.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lors du congr\u00e8s en ligne de l\u2019Union internationale des boulangers et p\u00e2tissiers (UIBC) de cet apr\u00e8s-midi dans le cadre du salon iba.connect, l\u2019\u00e9lection d\u2019un nouveau pr\u00e9sident et de son suppl\u00e9ant, de m\u00eame que de six vice-pr\u00e9sidents \u00e9tait \u00e0 l\u2019ordre du jour \u00e0 l\u2019expiration du mandat de deux ans. Le Zougois Silvan Hotz a \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9 tr\u00e9sorier au comit\u00e9 directeur. G\u00fcnther K\u00f6rffer, de Su\u00e8de, reste pr\u00e9sident. Les autres membres du comit\u00e9 directeur sont : Dominique Antract (France), Gerhard Schenk (Allemagne), Michael Wippler (Allemagne), Troy Kao (Ta\u00efwan), Yuri Katsnelson (Russie), Rui M. Gon\u00e7alves (Br\u00e9sil) et Eduardo Villar (Espagne).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-de-proprietaire-d-entreprise-a-president\">De propri\u00e9taire d\u2019entreprise \u00e0 pr\u00e9sident<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Silvan Hotz est copropri\u00e9taire de la boulangerie Hotz Rust AG \u00e0 Baar (ZG). Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019Union des arts et m\u00e9tiers du canton de Zoug de 2004 \u00e0 2014. L\u2019acteur du secteur a si\u00e9g\u00e9 au parlement zougois de 2001 \u00e0 2014. En 2012, Silvan Hotz a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lu au comit\u00e9 directeur de la BCS et nomm\u00e9 responsable des finances de l\u2019association. Il en est le pr\u00e9sident depuis 2016. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lu au comit\u00e9 directeur de l\u2019Union suisse des arts et m\u00e9tiers (usam) il y a presque exactement un an, et si\u00e8ge depuis aujourd\u2019hui au comit\u00e9 directeur de l\u2019UIBC. \u00ab C\u2019est un grand honneur de pouvoir participer \u00e0 l\u2019association internationale.
