Propri\u00e9taire d\u2019une p\u00e2tisserie-confiserie avec caf\u00e9 \u00e0 Amriswil (TG) par le pass\u00e9, il a \u00e9galement assum\u00e9 la fonction de pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019Union suisse des patrons p\u00e2tissiers-confiseurs (USPC).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Silvan Hotz, pr\u00e9sident de la BCS, et l\u2019ensemble du comit\u00e9 directeur de cette derni\u00e8re sont convaincus de pouvoir ainsi assurer la continuit\u00e9 de l\u2019excellent travail associatif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c2g\u00e9 de 52 ans, Urs Wellauer s\u2019est impos\u00e9 face \u00e0 35 autres candidats, dans le cadre de la proc\u00e9dure de candidature. \u00ab\u2009Le march\u00e9, et donc \u00e9galement le secteur et l\u2019association sont en pleine mutation\u2009\u00bb, selon lui. Il se r\u00e9jouit de relever ce nouveau d\u00e9fi, et de collaborer au sein de l\u2019association, avec des partenaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-nouvelle-vice-directrice\">Nouvelle vice-directrice<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Claudia Vernocchi, responsable de la r\u00e9daction de \u00ab\u2009panissimo\u2009\u00bb, deviendra vice-directrice de l\u2019association et responsable de la communication au 1er\u202fjanvier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le directeur de la BCS, Beat Kl\u00e4y, quittera l\u2019organisation sectorielle \u00e0 fin 2016, apr\u00e8s plus de 20 ann\u00e9es d\u2019activit\u00e9. Pendant ces ann\u00e9es, il a su mener \u00e0 bien des t\u00e2ches complexes en s\u2019engageant avec ferveur pour le secteur de la boulangerie-confiserie.
