Ce concours national r\u00e9compense la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9, l\u2019originalit\u00e9 et le savoir-faire de l\u2019artisan. Pour un boulanger-p\u00e2tissier-confiseur, une m\u00e9daille au SBT est la plus haute distinction qu\u2019il est possible d\u2019obtenir dans la branche.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e8s de 1300 produits ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9valu\u00e9s durant quatre jours par 180 professionnels et 120 consommateurs. Ce concours national des boulangers-p\u00e2tissiers-confiseurs s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 en public, dans le cadre du Salon Suisse des Go\u00fbts et Terroirs. Il vise \u00e0 mettre en lumi\u00e8re la richesse et la qualit\u00e9 du savoir- faire des artisans de la branche, ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 montrer le m\u00e9tier et ses produits aupr\u00e8s des consommateurs. Face \u00e0 une concurrence toujours plus forte, cette manifestation est une plateforme marketing incontournable qui permet aux artisans de se d\u00e9marquer clairement des grandes surfaces et des discounters.
