La remise des prix a eu lieu ce lundi 1er novembre.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce concours a permis aux professionnels ayant obtenu la meilleure moyenne de leur canton respectif lors des examens pratiques de fin d\u2019apprentissage 2021 de d\u00e9montrer leurs comp\u00e9tences. Cinq candidat(e)s des cantons de Fribourg, Vaud et Jura \u00e9taient inscrit(e)s \u00e0 la finale, avec malheureusement un abandon en raison d\u2019une blessure. Le titre de champion(ne) romand(e) 2021 est revenue \u00e0 la candidate jurassienne, \u00e0 savoir :&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-mme-amandine-freudiger\">Mme Amandine Freudiger\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Initi\u00e9 et organis\u00e9 par l\u2019Association romande des artisans boulangers-p\u00e2tissiers-confiseurs pour d\u00e9montrer l\u2019importance qu\u2019elle accorde \u00e0 la rel\u00e8ve, ce concours a pour but de motiver les jeunes professionnels, de d\u00e9montrer le niveau tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9 de la formation dans ce m\u00e9tier, d\u2019assurer sa promotion, mais aussi de prouver que boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie-confiserie artisanale rime avec savoir-faire, qualit\u00e9 et cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les concurrents ont dispos\u00e9 de 7 heures et demi pour r\u00e9aliser sur le th\u00e8me \u00abSwiss Made\u00bb:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;une pi\u00e8ce d&#8217;exposition en p\u00e2te<br>&#8211;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;des produits de boulangerie et de petite boulangerie<br>&#8211;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;des snacks\/sandwichs<br>&#8211;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;une tresse \u00e0 6 p\u00e2tons repr\u00e9sentant un animal<br>&#8211;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;des pains \u00e0 la farine PurEpeautre<br>&#8211;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;des produits en p\u00e2te lev\u00e9e sucr\u00e9e tour\u00e9e<br>&#8211;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;2 Saint-Honor\u00e9 de 22 cm de diam\u00e8tre d\u00e9cor\u00e9s avec un modelage 3D et une \u00e9criture<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La pr\u00e9sentation fait \u00e9galement l\u2019objet d\u2019une appr\u00e9ciation. Les produits ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9valu\u00e9s par un jury compos\u00e9 de plusieurs professionnels et plac\u00e9 sous la responsabilit\u00e9 de M. Jo\u00ebl Merigonde, de l&#8217;Association genevoise, membre du comit\u00e9 directeur de l&#8217;ARABPC et responsable de la Finale.
