Les trois artisans font d\u00e9sormais partie des 41 chefs cuisiniers et p\u00e2tissiers-confiseurs suisses r\u00e9compens\u00e9s depuis 2020 pour leur excellence.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le meilleur de la gastronomie du pays s\u2019est rassembl\u00e9 \u00e0 Berne, \u00e0 l\u2019occasion des M\u00e9rites culinaires suisses 2024. En pr\u00e9sence du Conseiller f\u00e9d\u00e9ral Guy Parmelin, huit professionnels des m\u00e9tiers de bouche ont re\u00e7u les honneurs de leurs pairs. L\u2019ann\u00e9e suivante, le chocolatier et le boulanger ont remport\u00e9 la couronne boulang\u00e8re. Form\u00e9s notamment \u00e0 l\u2019H\u00f4tel de Ville de Crissier, \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque de Philippe Rochat, ils poss\u00e8dent le propre restaurant et un salon de th\u00e9 dans la commune vaudoise. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-cf2ac2e984f678734a44ccedee11b3bb\" style=\"color:#cc9933;font-size:22px;font-style:normal;font-weight:700\">\u00ab&nbsp;Cette belle reconnaissance met en avant notre entreprise et notre branche.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-3691c0eb7ebaee224c625c12225e4f68\" style=\"color:#cc9933\">Gr\u00e9gory Wyss<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Au terme de la remise du foulard rouge et blanc, symbole d\u2019un prodigieux savoir-faire, les deux associ\u00e9s \u00e9taient des plus heureux. \u00ab&nbsp;Cette belle reconnaissance met en avant notre entreprise et notre branche&nbsp;\u00bb, a soulign\u00e9 M. Wyss, et son acolyte d\u2019ajouter&nbsp;: \u00ab&nbsp;C\u2019est gratifiant de la recevoir ici \u00e0 Berne avec M. Parmelin.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thomas Schwarzenberger de la p\u00e2tisserie-confiserie Schwarzeberger \u00e0 K\u00fcssnacht am Rigi (SZ) compl\u00e8te le duo. Le jury dit de lui : \u00ab&nbsp;Il y a beaucoup de rigueur, d&#8217;amour et d&#8217;abn\u00e9gation dans son travail. Thomas aime les d\u00e9fis et la comp\u00e9tition pour progresser et \u00e9voluer constamment dans son m\u00e9tier qu&#8217;il appr\u00e9cie tant&nbsp;\u00bb. Cet hommage a pris par surprise le natif zougois. \u00ab&nbsp;Je suis tomb\u00e9 des nues quand j&#8217;ai re\u00e7u l&#8217;appel !&nbsp;\u00bb Visiblement tr\u00e8s touch\u00e9, il a ajout\u00e9 : \u00ab&nbsp;Quand j&#8217;ai appris dans quel cercle j&#8217;\u00e9tais admis, j&#8217;ai eu du mal \u00e0 y croire. C&#8217;est g\u00e9nial !&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-remarquable-jury\"><strong>Remarquable jury<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le M\u00e9rite culinaire suisse est un titre honorifique remis annuellement depuis 2020. Il vise la reconnaissance du savoir-faire des r\u00e9compens\u00e9s. \u00ab&nbsp;Sa force repose sur la l\u00e9gitimit\u00e9 du titre assur\u00e9 par un jury d\u2019exception, compos\u00e9 de professionnels de la gastronomie suisse et avec le soutien affirm\u00e9 et fid\u00e8le du Conseiller f\u00e9d\u00e9ral Guy Parmelin&nbsp;\u00bb, a rappel\u00e9 l\u2019initiateur du projet Josef Zisydis. Cette ann\u00e9e, les 15 jur\u00e9s ont \u0153uvr\u00e9 sous la pr\u00e9sidence de Dario Ranza, chef \u00e0 Lugano (IT).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La distinction s\u2019adresse aussi aux p\u00e2tissiers-confiseurs depuis 2023. David Pasiquet, L\u2019Instant chocolat \u00e0 Sierre (VS), et Giuseppe Piffaretti, La bottega del fornaio \u00e0 Mendrisio (TI), ont \u00e9t\u00e9 les premiers artisans de la branche \u00e0 arborer le bandana bicolore.
