Ils ont apport\u00e9 la documentation, le mat\u00e9riel de d\u00e9cor, ainsi que la pi\u00e8ce artistique en confiserie. Le reste a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 sur le lieu du concours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les candidats du commerce de d\u00e9tail ont pr\u00e9par\u00e9 une table d\u2019exposition comprenant diff\u00e9rents emballages et une inscription sur tableau noir. Ils ont \u00e9galement pass\u00e9 des \u00e9preuves orales et \u00e9crites. En boulangerie, la confection de pains, de petits pains, de sandwiches, de viennoiseries en p\u00e2te lev\u00e9e sucr\u00e9e et d\u2019une pi\u00e8ce d\u2019exposition \u00e9tait au programme. En confiserie, la r\u00e9alisation d\u2019une tourte, de mini-p\u00e2tisseries, de figurines fantaisie et de pralin\u00e9s \u00e9tait \u00e0 l\u2019ordre du jour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-un-vrai-globe-de-cristal\">Un vrai globe de cristal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le sport a \u00e9t\u00e9 le th\u00e8me de cette ann\u00e9e\u2009; de quoi donner mal \u00e0 la t\u00eate \u00e0 certains participants lors du choix de la discipline et de la mise en \u0153uvre. Exemples\u2009: le paysage de montagne en polystyr\u00e8ne de la gestionnaire Rebecca Ziegler s\u2019est affaiss\u00e9 en d\u00e9but de concours, si bien qu\u2019elle a d\u00fb recommencer. Le p\u00e2tissier-confiseur Dominique Buchmann a cr\u00e9\u00e9 une pi\u00e8ce d\u2019exposition \u00e9labor\u00e9e \u00e0 partir de v\u00e9ritables balles, dont il a copi\u00e9 la surface \u00e0 l\u2019aide de g\u00e9latine. La boulang\u00e8re-p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re Jessica von Siebenthal a d\u00e9cor\u00e9 sa table sur le th\u00e8me du ski avec un v\u00e9ritable globe de cristal appartenant \u00e0 Michael von Gr\u00fcnigen. Pour l\u2019occasion, elle a d\u2019ailleurs d\u00fb assurer le troph\u00e9e du skieur suisse. Les r\u00e9sultats finaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 impressionnants. Les participants ont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 une mise en \u0153uvre tr\u00e8s vari\u00e9e de la th\u00e9matique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Responsables du jury satisfaits<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les deux responsables de la production et de la vente sont tr\u00e8s satisfaits de la tr\u00e8s haute qualit\u00e9 des copies rendues. Stephan Romang, pr\u00e9sident la de commission production du concours, a salu\u00e9 la bonne organisation des championnats. Il a constat\u00e9 que le niveau de la boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie a fortement progress\u00e9. En p\u00e2tisserie-confiserie, le niveau est tr\u00e8s haut depuis quelques ann\u00e9es. Certains candidats ont pass\u00e9 \u00e9norm\u00e9ment de temps pour un championnat de jeunes professionnels.
