Ce sont les fines diff\u00e9rences de go\u00fbt, de qualit\u00e9 et de travail de d\u00e9tail des produits de Glenda M\u00fcller qui ont fini par convaincre le jury, indique le communiqu\u00e9 de presse de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 professionnelle boulangerie et confiserie. \u00ab\u2009La plupart du temps, ce sont des subtilit\u00e9s qui font pencher la balance\u2009\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le pr\u00e9sident du jury, Stefan Kogler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-completement-fou\">\u00ab\u2009Compl\u00e8tement fou\u2009\u00bb<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La double nationale avait toujours voulu faire un apprentissage de boulanger-confiseur en Suisse apr\u00e8s sa scolarit\u00e9 obligatoire. Elle avait assist\u00e9 \u00e0 la finale de Brot-Chef lors de son stage en entreprise. \u00ab\u2009A l\u2019\u00e9poque, je m\u2019\u00e9tais dit que je voulais aussi participer \u00e0 ce projet. A pr\u00e9sent, j\u2019ai gagn\u00e9 ce concours, c\u2019est compl\u00e8tement fou\u2009\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 la gagnante, ravie. Glenda M\u00fcller est persuad\u00e9e que le coaching de la championne du monde Sonja Durrer, mis \u00e0 la disposition des trois finalistes par l\u2019association professionnelle, a donn\u00e9 le coup de fouet n\u00e9cessaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-uniquement-pour-les-apprentis\">Uniquement pour les apprentis<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les finalistes ont r\u00e9alis\u00e9 diff\u00e9rents types de pains sp\u00e9ciaux et de petits pains en quatre heures et demie. Ils ont \u00e9galement confectionn\u00e9 plusieurs p\u00e2tisseries fines et \u00e0 base de p\u00e2te lev\u00e9e. Sur le th\u00e8me du Gruy\u00e8re AOP, ils ont pr\u00e9par\u00e9 trois types d\u2019ap\u00e9ritifs et un pain pour une fondue. Dans ce nouveau format r\u00e9serv\u00e9 aux apprentis, les trois finalistes ont montr\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 quel point la profession de boulanger-confiseur est cr\u00e9ative et vari\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le \u00ab\u2009speedbaking\u2009\u00bb a \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9 pour la premi\u00e8re fois en tant que cat\u00e9gorie suppl\u00e9mentaire. Glenda M\u00fcller a remport\u00e9 le prix sp\u00e9cial.
