Elles remplacent les cours th\u00e9matiques annuels qui \u00e9taient propos\u00e9s jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent. L&#8217;objectif est notamment de transmettre des connaissances tout en promouvant les \u00e9changes entre les domaines de la confiserie, de la p\u00e2tisserie, de la boulangerie et du commerce de d\u00e9tail.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reto Fries, directeur de Richemont et initiateur de ces nouveaux \u00e9v\u00e9nements, est convaincu du succ\u00e8s des journ\u00e9es de formation: \u00abLe nouveau format propose des expos\u00e9s inspirants, des ateliers \u00e0 choisir individuellement et des tables rondes passionnantes.\u00bb L\u2019objectif est de transmettre des connaissances, de partager des inspirations et de promouvoir l\u2019\u00e9change et la mise en r\u00e9seau, toujours dans l&#8217;optique de cultiver la tradition sans pour autant se fermer \u00e0 l&#8217;avenir.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les journ\u00e9es de formation sont pr\u00e9vues aux dates suivantes <strong>\u00e0 l&#8217;Ecole professionnelle Richemont de Lucerne: 25, 26 juin, 26, 27 ao\u00fbt et 25 septembre.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Richemont Yverdon: 1<sup>er<\/sup> juillet.
