Tous les domaines du secteur sont repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s\u2009: \u00e9quipements de production et de vente, mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res, produits semi-finis et transform\u00e9s, boissons, services, formations\u2026 Les meilleures innovations de l\u2019\u00e9dition se verront r\u00e9compenser d\u2019un Sirha Europain Award.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le salon c\u2019est aussi une multitude de conf\u00e9rences et de d\u00e9bat sur des th\u00e8mes d\u2019actualit\u00e9, des \u00ab\u2009mastersclass\u2009\u00bb en boulangerie, sucr\u00e9 et snacking. Durant les quatre jours de la manifestation, plusieurs concours attendent les visiteurs. La Coupe du monde de boulangerie et la Coupe d\u2019Europe de p\u00e2tisserie sont \u00e0 signaler sur le plan international.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nouveaux secteurs en ligne de mire<\/strong><br>Autrefois Europain, le salon fran\u00e7ais a rejoint Sihra Food et est devenu Sirha Europain.
