Les membres de la BCS et leurs collaborateurs profitent d\u2019une r\u00e9duction de prix allant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 50\u202f% sur les cours professionnels et jusqu\u2019\u00e0 90\u202f% sur les cours de langues pour les travailleurs non qualifi\u00e9s.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les partenaires sociaux de la convention collective de travail (Hotel &amp; Gastro Union, Syna et la BCS) ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019accorder des montants suppl\u00e9mentaires pour la formation professionnelle et continue. Les membres de la BCS et leurs collaborateurs profitent d\u2019une r\u00e9duction de prix allant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 50\u202f% sur les cours professionnels et jusqu\u2019\u00e0 90\u202f% sur les cours de langues pour les travailleurs non Les membres de l\u2019Association suisse des patrons boulangers-confiseurs (BCS) et leurs collaborateurs ont b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 en 2021 de r\u00e9ductions sur les cours de formation continue, gr\u00e2ce aux subventions issues des montants CCT et des contributions aux frais d\u2019ex\u00e9cution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La liste sera compl\u00e9t\u00e9e au 1er\u202fjanvier 2022 par les offres suivantes\u2009:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>9000\u202ffrancs par participant pour les cours pr\u00e9paratoires \u00e0 l\u2019examen professionnel pour la production et le commerce de d\u00e9tail, pour autant que l\u2019examen soit r\u00e9ussi et<\/li><li>5630\u202ffrancs par participant pour les cours pr\u00e9paratoires \u00e0 l\u2019examen professionnel pour la production et le commerce de d\u00e9tail. Avec une pr\u00e9sence obligatoire de 80\u202f%.<\/li><li>4700\u202ffrancs par participant pour les cours pr\u00e9paratoires IFCAM pour gestionnaire d\u2019entreprise, lesquels repr\u00e9sentent une condition obligatoire pour l\u2019obtention de l\u2019examen professionnel sup\u00e9rieur. Avec une pr\u00e9sence obligatoire de 80\u202f% et la r\u00e9ussite du module de r\u00e9seau.<\/li><li>4500\u202ffrancs par participant pour les cours pr\u00e9paratoires \u00e0 l\u2019examen professionnel sup\u00e9rieur, pour autant que l\u2019examen soit r\u00e9ussi et<\/li><li>4000\u202ffrancs par participant pour les cours pr\u00e9paratoires \u00e0 l\u2019examen professionnel sup\u00e9rieur pour la production et le commerce de d\u00e9tail. Avec une pr\u00e9sence obligatoire de 80\u202f%.<\/li><li>Prise en charge des frais de cours pour la formation continue p\u00e9riodique de coordinateur de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 (cosec) qui se d\u00e9roule dans les cantons respectifs.<\/li><li>500\u202ffrancs par participant pour les cours de conduite du personnel.<\/li><li>Cours professionnels de boulangerie, p\u00e2tisserie, confiserie, vente et technologie\u2009: 100\u202ffrancs par participant pour les cours th\u00e9matiques annuels.<\/li><li>Cours professionnel sur site\u2009: 600\u202ffrancs par formation pour les cours d\u2019une demi-journ\u00e9e et 800 par formation pour les cours d\u2019une journ\u00e9e.<\/li><li>L\u2019offre de cours de langue Academia a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9largie\u2009: des cours de fran\u00e7ais, d\u2019anglais et d\u2019italien peuvent d\u00e9sormais \u00eatre soutenus sur demande.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Ces subventions peuvent profiter \u00e0 tous les collaborateurs dont le contrat de travail est obligatoirement conforme \u00e0 la CCT de la branche de la boulangerie, p\u00e2tisserie et confiserie suisse au moment de l\u2019inscription.
