La Vaudoise se penche sur l\u2019\u00e9volution et l\u2019avenir de la profession, ainsi que sur son parcours.Marlise Neuenschwander : \u00ab Le lien social au travers d\u2019un pain parachut\u00e9 par drone\u2026 Je n\u2019y crois pas vraiment. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab Assurance, pertinence, force, flexibilit\u00e9, amour du travail\u2026 \u00bb Telles sont les caract\u00e9ristiques dont doit faire preuve aujourd\u2019hui du personnel de vente de qualit\u00e9, selon Marlise Neuenschwander, ex-formatrice de l\u2019Association romande des artisans boulangers-confiseurs. \u00ab Les clients supportent de moins en moins de choses et la crise sanitaire n\u2019a rien arrang\u00e9. Ils sont rest\u00e9s enferm\u00e9s trop longtemps ! (\u2026) Devenus impatients, ils ne cherchent plus de solutions, ils attendent qu\u2019on les leur apporte. \u00bb<br>La nouvelle formation vente 2022+ a anticip\u00e9 la tendance puisque les apprentis devront trouver des solutions par eux-m\u00eames. \u00ab Certes, les formateurs seront l\u00e0 pour les aider, mais pas pour faire le cheminement \u00e0 leur place. Ce changement devrait donner du personnel plus autonome, plus comp\u00e9tent \u00bb, se r\u00e9jouit Mme Neuenschwander.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-salaire-identique-pas-logique\">\u00ab Salaire identique, pas logique \u00bb<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La Vaudoise partage cependant quelques craintes, notamment en ce qui concerne la reconnaissance financi\u00e8re. \u00ab Une vendeuse avec CFC per\u00e7oit le m\u00eame salaire qu\u2019une employ\u00e9e sans certificat. Cette voie peut former de bonnes professionnelles, mais les ventes qui en d\u00e9coulent sont rarement approfondies. Ce n\u2019est plus ce que nous cherchons. (\u2026) Un salaire identique n\u2019est donc pas logique. \u00bb<br>La formation des ma\u00eetres d\u2019apprentissage est un autre point sensible. Afin de trouver les r\u00e9ponses par leurs propres moyens, les jeunes doivent compter sur des patrons suffisamment instruits. \u00ab Ces formateurs doivent suivre au moins un cours. Malheureusement, ce dernier ne peut \u00eatre obligatoire et comme toujours, ce seront les m\u00eames qui le feront. J\u2019ai donc bien peur que certains apprentis soient totalement perdus. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-baton-de-pelerin\">B\u00e2ton de p\u00e8lerin<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Depuis quelques ann\u00e9es, Marlise Neuenschwander constate une baisse de la cote de la formation continue. Les annulations deviennent fr\u00e9quentes. \u00ab Nous peinons \u00e0 trouver des gens pour suivre des cours dans la vente. Ces messieurs-dames sont nombreux \u00e0 penser tout savoir. Lorsqu\u2019on leur sugg\u00e8re de le faire, ils n\u2019en voient pas l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat. Or, le domaine \u00e9volue. \u00bb<br>L\u2019une des solutions consisterait \u00e0 se rendre aupr\u00e8s des membres : \u00ab Il faudrait qu\u2019une personne comp\u00e9tente au sein de chaque association cantonale empoigne son b\u00e2ton de p\u00e8lerin, aille dans les commerces et discute de la formation et autres sujets professionnels. \u00bb Le contact et la communication directs doivent \u00eatre privil\u00e9gi\u00e9s. Le salut de la branche en d\u00e9pend ; elle en est convaincue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-l-importance-des-marches\">L\u2019importance des march\u00e9s<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Rien d\u2019\u00e9tonnant alors \u00e0 ce que cette professionnelle de la vente ch\u00e9rit particuli\u00e8rement les march\u00e9s : la client\u00e8le a le temps et souvent l\u2019envie d\u2019en apprendre davantage sur les produits. \u00ab C\u2019est l\u00e0 que j\u2019ai pu transmettre \u00e0 beaucoup de personnes la composition et les sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s des produits. Toutefois, cela demande des connaissances de la vie sociale. Non seulement, il faut s\u2019adresser \u00e0 tous, mais aussi s\u2019int\u00e9resser \u00e0 tout. (\u2026) N\u2019attendons pas que les gens viennent \u00e0 nous. Allons vers eux ! Avec le personnel ad\u00e9quat, il est possible de faire du chiffre ! \u00bb Inconditionnelle de ce mode de vente, elle regrette d\u2019ailleurs que depuis la cr\u00e9ation de son entreprise de d\u00e9pannage en 2014, aucun coll\u00e8gue ne l\u2019ait mandat\u00e9e pour \u00eatre pr\u00e9sente sur les march\u00e9s.<br>Il va sans dire que l\u2019ex-formatrice ne porte pas dans son c\u0153ur la vente en ligne et la distribution postale : \u00ab Les boulangeries-confiseries servent de trait d\u2019union entre les personnes. Nous l\u2019avons bien vu durant la pand\u00e9mie. Alors, le lien social au travers d\u2019un pain parachut\u00e9 par drone\u2026 Je n\u2019y crois pas vraiment. \u00bb A cela, elle ajoute la valeur p\u00e9dagogique des petits commerces.
