A la cl\u00e9 pour le laur\u00e9at\u2009: voir sa cr\u00e9ation dans les vitrines des enseignes cantonales.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No\u00e9mie Souici et Ariana Flaborea, apprenties chez Wolfisberg \u00e0 Carouge (GE), ont remport\u00e9 la premi\u00e8re \u00e9dition de \u00ab\u2009l\u2019Eclair du pr\u00e9sident\u2009\u00bb, au d\u00e9but du mois. Parmi 14 cr\u00e9ations dont une sal\u00e9e, leur r\u00e9alisation framboise-chocolat a s\u00e9duit le jury. La recette sera transmise aux artisans genevois. Ils pourront ajouter la p\u00e2tisserie \u00e0 leur assortiment, durant une ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Racines hongroises<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce concours trouve son origine dans une proposition de Jean-Marc Guinchard. \u00ab\u2009En s\u00e9jour \u00e0 Budapest, j\u2019ai d\u00e9couvert que, chaque ann\u00e9e, les p\u00e2tissiers-confiseurs participent \u00e0 un concours pour la r\u00e9alisation d\u2019une pi\u00e8ce, jug\u00e9e par un jury de professionnels et d\u2019amateurs. Le gagnant met sa recette \u00e0 disposition de tous ses confr\u00e8res. Ces derniers s\u2019engagent \u00e0 fabriquer et \u00e0 vendre la p\u00e2tisserie en question pendant un an. J\u2019ai trouv\u00e9 l\u2019id\u00e9e originale\u2009\u00bb, explique le pr\u00e9sident du Grand Conseil, qui a alors approch\u00e9 l\u2019ABCGe. A la suite de discussions, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de faire concourir les apprentis, comme le pr\u00e9cise Jo\u00ebl M\u00e9rigonde, responsable de la formation\u2009: \u00ab\u2009Pour des questions d\u2019agenda, nous avons confi\u00e9 cette t\u00e2che aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves de 2e ann\u00e9e.\u2009\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En solo ou par deux, les 21 candidats ont eu carte blanche pour revisiter l\u2019\u00e9clair. Clin d\u2019\u0153il \u00e0 l\u2019initiateur du projet, le concours a \u00e9t\u00e9 intitul\u00e9\u2009: \u00ab\u2009L\u2019Eclair du pr\u00e9sident\u2009\u00bb. Les participants ont b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 de quatre apr\u00e8s-midi de cours afin de mettre au point leur recette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jean-Marc Guinchard (pr\u00e9sident du Grand Conseil), Antoine Barde (son pr\u00e9d\u00e9cesseur), Roland Gerber (membre du Secr\u00e9tariat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du Grand Conseil), Eric Emery (pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019ABCGe) et trois enseignants ont \u00e9valu\u00e9 les p\u00e2tisseries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u2009Les pi\u00e8ces r\u00e9alis\u00e9es ont toutes d\u00e9montr\u00e9 des qualit\u00e9s gustatives remarquables ainsi que des tr\u00e9sors d\u2019imagination et d\u2019inventivit\u00e9\u2009\u00bb, rel\u00e8ve M. Guinchard. La remise des prix s\u2019est tenue, dans le cadre d\u2019une s\u00e9ance du Grand Conseil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-le-debut-d-une-tradition\">\u00ab\u2009Le d\u00e9but d\u2019une tradition\u2009\u00bb<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e8s janvier, les membres de l\u2019association pourront ajouter l\u2019\u00e9clair de Mlles\u202fSouici et Flaborea \u00e0 leur assortiment. La comp\u00e9tition se poursuivra-t-elle les ann\u00e9es suivantes\u2009? R\u00e9ponse du pr\u00e9sident\u2009: \u00ab\u2009Le lancement de la vente du produit, apr\u00e8s le \u00ab\u2009rush\u2009\u00bb de l\u2019Escalade, de No\u00ebl, du R\u00e9veillon et des Rois, nous d\u00e9montrera que nous avons eu raison. Je ferai tout pour convaincre mon successeur de maintenir ce concours et d\u2019en faire le d\u00e9but d\u2019une tradition.\u2009\u00bb Un souhait que partage Jo\u00ebl M\u00e9rigonde\u2009: \u00ab\u2009L\u2019id\u00e9e est effectivement d\u2019organiser ce concours chaque ann\u00e9e, en variant la th\u00e9matique.
