Le groupe de travail \u00ab foodsave2025 \u00bb veut donc introduire en Suisse une datation moderne et judicieuse des denr\u00e9es alimentaires. Il se compose de repr\u00e9sentants de la science, d&#8217;organisations caritatives et de la branche alimentaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Date limite d&#8217;utilisation optimale plus<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Deux dates renseignent sur la comestibilit\u00e9 des aliments rappelle le communiqu\u00e9 de presse. Les aliments avec une date limite de consommation (DLC) doivent \u00eatre consomm\u00e9s jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 cette derni\u00e8re pour des raisons de sant\u00e9. La date de durabilit\u00e9 minimale (DDM) sur un aliment garantit en revanche la qualit\u00e9 du produit jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 cette date. Elle ne donne cependant aucune indication sur un risque pour la sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab foodsave2025 \u00bb propose dor\u00e9navant une date limite d&#8217;utilisation optimale plus (DLUO+). Elle fixe un d\u00e9lai suppl\u00e9mentaire par rapport \u00e0 la DLUO \u00ab normale \u00bb, dans lequel un produit est encore s\u00fbr et consommable s&#8217;il est correctement stock\u00e9. Il s&#8217;agirait de six \u00e0 360 jours suppl\u00e9mentaires, selon la cat\u00e9gorie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La DLC doit aussi faire l&#8217;objet d&#8217;une innovation : Si les aliments portant la mention DLC et pouvant \u00eatre congel\u00e9s sont congel\u00e9s et r\u00e9\u00e9tiquet\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re professionnelle avant l&#8217;expiration de la date, ils peuvent \u00eatre distribu\u00e9s et utilis\u00e9s comme produits surgel\u00e9s pendant 90 jours suppl\u00e9mentaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-des-guides-pratiques-clarifient-la-duree-de-conservation\">Des guides pratiques clarifient la dur\u00e9e de conservation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sur mandat de l&#8217;Office f\u00e9d\u00e9ral de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire et des affaires v\u00e9t\u00e9rinaires et sous la direction de la Haute \u00e9cole zurichoise des sciences appliqu\u00e9es, les guides pratiques existants sur la datation et les principes de base ont \u00e9t\u00e9 remani\u00e9s et adapt\u00e9s aux producteurs de denr\u00e9es alimentaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En outre, \u00ab foodsave2025 \u00bb propose que les produits sans risque pour la sant\u00e9 soient d\u00e9sormais d\u00e9plac\u00e9s de la cat\u00e9gorie \u00ab \u00e0 consommer jusqu&#8217;au \u00bb \u00e0 la cat\u00e9gorie \u00ab \u00e0 conserver au moins jusqu&#8217;au \u00bb. Davantage de denr\u00e9es alimentaires pourraient \u00eatre sauv\u00e9es et distribu\u00e9es.
