Rencontre avec cette impressionnante entrepreneuse, dans son entreprise Bio-Beck Lehmann \u00e0 Lanterswil (TG).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est arriv\u00e9 plus d\u2019une fois que d\u2019anciens collaborateurs et professionnels attirent l\u2019attention sur Bio-Beck Lehmann dans le village de Lanterswil, qui compte 150 \u00e2mes, et ce pour plusieurs raisons, dont l\u2019ambiance de travail agr\u00e9able, l\u2019int\u00e9gration de personnes handicap\u00e9es, la qualit\u00e9 des produits ou la personnalit\u00e9 d\u2019Anna Lehmann.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-tout-a-commence-en-1976\">Tout a commenc\u00e9 en 1976\u2026<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ses parents, Mares et Andreas Lehmann, ont fait \u0153uvre de pionniers dans la boulangerie bio en 1976, lorsqu\u2019ils ont ouvert leur petite boulangerie \u00e0 Lanterswil. Dans les ann\u00e9es 90, ils ont fabriqu\u00e9 les premiers produits v\u00e9g\u00e9taliens, alors que ce n\u2019\u00e9tait pas encore \u00e0 l\u2019ordre du jour dans l\u2019opinion publique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"608\" src=\"https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/3_2_anna_lehmann_2-1024x608.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-75153\" srcset=\"https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/3_2_anna_lehmann_2-1024x608.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/3_2_anna_lehmann_2-768x456.jpg 768w, https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/3_2_anna_lehmann_2.jpg 1200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><em>Anna Lehmann<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Le couple Lehmann a \u00e9galement r\u00e9gl\u00e9 en temps utile la question de la succession, mais la remise ne s\u2019est pas av\u00e9r\u00e9e optimale, en raison d\u2019une croissance importante. A la suite d\u2019une direction int\u00e9rimaire, l\u2019entreprise s\u2019est m\u00eame retrouv\u00e9e dans une situation pr\u00e9caire. Anna Lehmann, qui travaillait alors comme architecte \u00e0 Zurich, a d\u00e8s lors \u00e9t\u00e9 la bou\u00e9e de sauvetage. Elle a d\u00fb prendre une grande d\u00e9cision en l\u2019espace de deux semaines seulement\u2009: travailler comme architecte dans la m\u00e9tropole de Zurich ou comme responsable de boulangerie dans un petit village de Thurgovie. Elle a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019oser et de se lancer \u00ab\u2009\u00e0 fond sans moyens financiers\u2009\u00bb. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s cinq ans, Anna Lehmann a voulu faire le point. Le budget avait \u00e9t\u00e9 atteint d\u00e8s le premier semestre et l\u2019entreprise \u00e9tait \u00e0 nouveau dans les chiffres noirs \u00e0 la fin de l\u2019ann\u00e9e, \u00ab\u2009sans prendre beaucoup de mesures\u2009\u00bb, selon la Thurgovienne. La situation \u00e9conomique s\u2019est am\u00e9lior\u00e9e. Les contrats d\u2019approvisionnement de la restauration et du commerce bio sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 ont connu une croissance constante. La part des livraisons de Bio-Beck Lehmann s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve aujourd\u2019hui \u00e0 environ 85\u202f%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-une-nouvelle-construction-d-un-genre-particulier\">Une nouvelle construction d\u2019un genre particulier<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2016, Anna Lehmann s\u2019est lanc\u00e9e dans la planification d\u2019un nouveau b\u00e2timent. En effet, l\u2019ancienne production \u00ab\u2009\u00e9tait un patchwork\u2009!\u2009\u00bb Elle a con\u00e7u la construction. Au final, 200\u2009000\u202ffrancs ont pu \u00eatre \u00e9conomis\u00e9s sur le budget de 2,8\u202fmillions de francs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anna Lehmann savait exactement ce qu\u2019elle voulait\u2009: des locaux \u00e0 usage multiple, pouvant \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re flexible. Au dernier \u00e9tage, on trouve, par exemple, une salle de repos qui est \u00e9galement utilis\u00e9e pour des cours de yoga. De l\u00e0, on a une vue sur les bureaux et, en arri\u00e8re-plan, on aper\u00e7oit les collaborateurs en pause ou \u00e0 l\u2019\u0153uvre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La vue g\u00e9n\u00e9rale est magnifique\u2009: les environs sont agr\u00e9ment\u00e9s d\u2019un jardin floral et potager avec un \u00e9tang naturel, entretenu avec amour par le couple Lehmann. Des lampes LED ont \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9es et une attention particuli\u00e8re a \u00e9t\u00e9 port\u00e9e \u00e0 un approvisionnement \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique \u00e9quilibr\u00e9\u2009: solaire (200 m2), gaz, pellets et \u00e9lectricit\u00e9. La technique ultramoderne n\u2019a pas sa place ici. L\u2019endroit privil\u00e9gie une ventilation naturelle, beaucoup de bois avec une surface robuste, mais pas de style chalet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-a62d766e8268894dacf2ec43c092c5ad\" style=\"color:#cc9933\">\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-77141940cde672dead2a74749e387d93\" style=\"color:#cc9933;font-size:22px\">\u00ab\u2009Notre ambition est de produire quelque chose de bien. Tous les jours, encore et encore\u2009\u00bb<\/p>\n<cite>Anna Lehmann<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Rien d\u2019\u00e9tonnant donc \u00e0 ce que les visiteurs se sentent d\u2019embl\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019aise en entrant dans le b\u00e2timent. \u00ab\u2009J\u2019ai veill\u00e9 \u00e0 une bonne ambiance\u2009\u00bb, explique Anna Lehmann. Le r\u00e9fectoire typique a notamment fait place \u00e0 une grande salle o\u00f9 l\u2019on mange ensemble \u00e0 midi, \u00e9galement utilis\u00e9e pour l\u2019organisation de cours ou le repassage. Les vestiaires et les douches ne se trouvent volontairement pas au sous-sol, mais \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tage, dans le secteur administratif. Le credo \u00ab\u2009prendre soin des gens, des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res et de la nature\u2009\u00bb est appliqu\u00e9 dans tous les domaines. \u00ab\u2009Notre ambition est de produire quelque chose de bien. Tous les jours, encore et encore\u2009\u00bb, souligne Anna Lehmann.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elle est confiante en l\u2019avenir. Le plus grand d\u00e9fi est de pouvoir prendre du recul par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise, mais Anna Lehmann confie qu\u2019elle y parvient. Elle se sent bien dans son \u00ab\u2009nouveau\u2009\u00bb travail vari\u00e9.
