Les Genevois ont obtenu 5 m\u00e9dailles d\u2019or, 1 d\u2019argent et 1 de bronze.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-pierre-alain-bourdenet-quelle-a-ete-votre-reaction-a-l-annonce-des-resultats\">Pierre-Alain Bourdenet, quelle a \u00e9t\u00e9 votre r\u00e9action \u00e0 l\u2019annonce des r\u00e9sultats\u2009?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Avec Jean-Claude, nous nous attendions absolument pas \u00e0 cette victoire. M\u00eame si nous avions envoy\u00e9 dix nouvelles sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s qui connaissent un grand succ\u00e8s dans nos magasins \u00e0 Gen\u00e8ve, nous ne pensions pas gagner\u2009; c\u2019\u00e9tait plus un challenge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le niveau a passablement augment\u00e9. \u00c7a se ressert, ce qui est excellent pour l\u2019ensemble de la branche. Nous \u00e9tions quatre \u00e0 avoir obtenu cinq m\u00e9dailles d\u2019or sur cinq produits. La victoire a donc d\u00fb se jouer \u00e0 quelques dixi\u00e8mes. Nous sommes tr\u00e8s contents, mais notre joie est quelque peu diff\u00e9rente par rapport \u00e0 2014. En remportant deux fois de suite le titre, on se dit qu\u2019il ne s\u2019agit pas uniquement de chance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Et dire que vous h\u00e9sitiez \u00e0 vous pr\u00e9senter\u2026<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est vrai. Nous avions tellement de travail qu\u2019on se demandait comment nous allions faire ce Swiss Bakery Trophy. Motiv\u00e9s notamment par mon fils, nous nous sommes finalement lanc\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La suite\u2009?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous avons communiqu\u00e9 sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux et continuons \u00e0 le faire. Avec Internet, les choses ont \u00e9norm\u00e9ment chang\u00e9 en deux ans. Nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s m\u00e9diatis\u00e9s\u2009; rien \u00e0 voir avec la premi\u00e8re fois. Le jeudi qui a suivi l\u2019annonce des r\u00e9sultats (ndlr\u2009: mardi 1er\u202fnovembre), nous n\u2019avions plus de pains \u00e0 midi. Passionn\u00e9 par les r\u00e9seaux sociaux et la p\u00e2tisserie, mon fils nous fait bien avancer. Il est d\u2019ailleurs d\u00e9cid\u00e9 \u00e0 poursuivre les concours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rendez-vous dans deux ans alors\u2009?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce n\u2019est pas certain. Si, par chance, nous regagnons, cela ferait un peu beaucoup. Sans \u00eatre pr\u00e9tentieux, ce serait aussi mieux pour le concours qu\u2019il y ait un nouveau laur\u00e9at. De plus, nous envisageons de changer un peu d\u2019orientation. Nous souhaitons poursuivre les concours, mais plut\u00f4t en dehors des fronti\u00e8res.
