Un taux de fluctuation \u00e9lev\u00e9 est toujours li\u00e9 \u00e0 des co\u00fbts massifs.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque des collaborateurs quittent l\u2019entreprise, outre la charge de travail suppl\u00e9mentaire qu\u2019implique l\u2019initiation de nouveaux collaborateurs, des connaissances pr\u00e9cieuses sont souvent perdues. Nous devons avoir \u00e0 c\u0153ur de garder les bons collaborateurs dans l\u2019entreprise. En revanche, il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de se s\u00e9parer des employ\u00e9s qui perturbent le climat de l\u2019entreprise, dans la mesure o\u00f9 une intervention ne permet pas d\u2019atteindre l\u2019objectif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u2019h\u00e9sitez pas non plus \u00e0 redistribuer les missions. R\u00e9fl\u00e9chissez aux t\u00e2ches, aux comp\u00e9tences et aux responsabilit\u00e9s des nouveaux employ\u00e9s et des anciens. J\u2019aimerais vous faire part des suggestions suivantes\u2009:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Etablissez des profils et des descriptions de poste. Ils sont utiles non seulement pour la s\u00e9lection, mais aussi pour l\u2019initiation au travail.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organisation de la suppl\u00e9ance\u2009: qui, \u00e0 part vous, conna\u00eet les commandes en cours, les meilleurs clients et les projets les plus importants de votre entreprise\u2009? Qui dispose \u00e9galement des procurations bancaires n\u00e9cessaires et d\u2019une vue d\u2019ensemble des comptes\u2009? Est-il garanti qu\u2019en cas d\u2019incapacit\u00e9, quelqu\u2019un puisse avoir acc\u00e8s aux cl\u00e9s, mots de passe, codes NIP et autres codes importants\u2009? (Le plan d\u2019urgence peut \u00eatre demand\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s de Proback).<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00e9partition des t\u00e2ches\u2009: veillez \u00e0 varier les t\u00e2ches et \u00e0 all\u00e9ger la charge de travail, y compris dans la gestion des collaborateurs.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00e9unions d\u2019\u00e9quipe\u2009: organisez des r\u00e9unions d\u2019information r\u00e9guli\u00e8res. Cela motive et active l\u2019\u00e9quipe pour qu\u2019elle participe \u00e0 la r\u00e9flexion et \u00e0 la conception.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communication ouverte\u2009: soyez ouvert avec les collaborateurs. Communiquez \u00e9galement le franc du client et les objectifs mensuels de chiffre d\u2019affaires.
