Outre la production de farine pour le Pain de seigle valaisan AOP, le site de Riddes (VS) produira des vari\u00e9t\u00e9s de farine r\u00e9gionales et misera sur la durabilit\u00e9. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le moulin sera \u00e9quip\u00e9 de meules de pierre \u00ab\u00a0afin de proposer des farines uniques aux ar\u00f4mes particuliers\u00a0\u00bb, pr\u00e9cise le communiqu\u00e9. Le permis de construire a \u00e9t\u00e9 accord\u00e9. Le d\u00e9marrage est pr\u00e9vu pour mars 2024 et l&#8217;ouverture pour l&#8217;\u00e9t\u00e9 2025.
