Cet acteur zurichois du secteur s\u2019engage pour la formation des apprentis depuis pr\u00e8s de 30 ans. \u00ab\u2009Cette distinction signifie beaucoup pour moi\u2009\u00bb, c\u2019est en ces termes qu\u2019Andreas Stricker a commenc\u00e9 l\u2019entretien, avant d\u2019ajouter\u2009: \u00ab\u2009J\u2019en suis fier, et c\u2019est une grande satisfaction.\u2009\u00bb Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 inscrit par Sara Peter, alors en troisi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e d\u2019apprentissage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-un-souvenir\">Un souvenir<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Avec la somme de 6000\u202ffrancs remport\u00e9e, les 120 employ\u00e9s de la p\u00e2tisserie Hotz ont visit\u00e9 la halle Masoala du Zoo de Zurich, pour voir les seuls cacaoyers de Suisse. Les apprentis et les formateurs ont ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 honor\u00e9s autour d\u2019un repas et de boissons. Le reste de l\u2019argent du prix a \u00e9t\u00e9 distribu\u00e9 aux trois formateurs de service, Sandra Heer, Sandra Wolf et Marcello Grande, ainsi qu\u2019aux apprentis Celine Kern, Lars Marty et
