Le propri\u00e9taire Thomas Christen, la responsable des ventes Barbara Steiner et le chef de production Peppi Badolato (de gauche \u00e0 droite) expliquent comment ce mariage des contraires a \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9, pourquoi les deux exigences devaient \u00eatre prises en consid\u00e9ration et quels obstacles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 surmont\u00e9s.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thomas Christen a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 un r\u00eave en 1995\u2009: il a fond\u00e9 Christenbeck \u00e0 Stans (NW), avec un collaborateur et trois apprentis. Le credo se r\u00e9sume \u00e0 trois principes\u2009: mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res provenant en grande partie de la r\u00e9gion, pas d&#8217;additifs dans les produits et tout fait maison. Au bout de sept ans, une belle opportunit\u00e9 de croissance s&#8217;est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e avec la reprise d&#8217;une boulangerie comprenant trois filiales dans la r\u00e9gion de Stans.
