{"id":7498,"date":"2016-11-09T14:24:00","date_gmt":"2016-11-09T13:24:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/?p=7498"},"modified":"2022-04-29T14:22:01","modified_gmt":"2022-04-29T12:22:01","slug":"une-discussion-engagee","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/fr\/panissimo-news\/une-discussion-engagee\/","title":{"rendered":"Une discussion engag\u00e9e"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>La motion de l\u2019OBC \u2013 visant \u00e0 maintenir la solution transitoire de quatre ans arrivant \u00e0 \u00e9ch\u00e9ance \u00e0 la fin de l\u2019ann\u00e9e \u2013 a d\u00e9clench\u00e9 au sein du comit\u00e9 central une intense discussion \u00e9motionnelle.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il y a quatre ans, quatre si\u00e8ges (trois au sein du comit\u00e9 central, et un au sein du comit\u00e9 directeur) ont \u00e9t\u00e9 allou\u00e9s aux confiseurs pour une p\u00e9riode transitoire, jusqu\u2019au 31\u202fd\u00e9cembre 2016, dans le cadre de la fusion des deux associations (l\u2019ASPBP et l\u2019USPC). L\u2019OBC (Ostschweizer B\u00e4cker-Confiseure), et donc les cantons de SG, AI, AR, GL, TG et SH, ont demand\u00e9 de maintenir les trois si\u00e8ges confiseurs au sein du comit\u00e9 central. Le congr\u00e8s aurait encore d\u00fb ent\u00e9riner d\u00e9finitivement cette d\u00e9cision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-un-coeur-un-peu-different\">Un c\u0153ur un peu diff\u00e9rent<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans son avis, la commission de v\u00e9rification des comptes (CVC) a recommand\u00e9 de rejeter la motion, pour des raisons financi\u00e8res notamment. Ludwig Caderas a r\u00e9torqu\u00e9 que les confiseurs \u00e9taient toujours sous-repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s au sein de l\u2019association. \u00ab\u2009Le c\u0153ur des confiseurs se trouve au m\u00eame endroit que le n\u00f4tre, mais il est un peu diff\u00e9rent du n\u00f4tre. Nous autres boulangers avons la passion, les confiseurs ont un petit plus\u2009\u00bb, selon Hans Jenny. \u00ab\u2009Les confiseurs sont des personnes engag\u00e9es qui ne font pas qu\u2019encaisser des jetons de pr\u00e9sence\u2009; ils sont pr\u00eats \u00e0 se sacrifier pour le bien de notre association.\u2009\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00catre une branche<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Adrian Zumbach, membre de la CVC, a cit\u00e9 en exemple son canton, celui de Zoug, dans lequel la communaut\u00e9 entre confiseurs et boulangers est d\u00e9j\u00e0 une r\u00e9alit\u00e9. \u00ab\u2009Nous devons \u00eatre une branche\u2009\u00bb, a-t-il r\u00e9pliqu\u00e9.
