Deux pralin\u00e9s ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9s \u00e0 cette occasion avec l&#8217;aide de ChatGPT.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trois attitudes face \u00e0 la vie constituent les \u00e9l\u00e9ments moteurs, a expliqu\u00e9 Nina H\u00e4berling, Senior Marketing Manager Switzerland de Carma, lors de la pr\u00e9sentation de l&#8217;\u00e9tude des tendances:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>profiter pleinement de la vie, presque sans restrictions: l&#8217;argent ne jouant aucun r\u00f4le, une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de couleurs, de textures et de go\u00fbts s\u2019impose, tous les sens devant \u00eatre sollicit\u00e9s;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>vivre de mani\u00e8re consciente et durable, en se demandant ce qui bon pour soi, pour l&#8217;environnement, pour la plan\u00e8te, en privil\u00e9giant des produits v\u00e9g\u00e9taux ou v\u00e9g\u00e9taliens, et en consommant notamment des desserts sans sucre ou des boissons \u00e0 base de pommes de terre;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la symbiose des deux extr\u00eames: sant\u00e9, d\u00e9veloppement durable et plaisir gourmand, ce dernier se devant d\u2019\u00eatre sain et b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour la sant\u00e9 physique et psychique, sans remords, et impliquant notamment la consommation de barres de chocolat qui soutiennent le syst\u00e8me immunitaire.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Les participants et participantes ont ensuite con\u00e7u deux pralin\u00e9s \u2013 l\u2019un pour les personnes \u00e0 la recherche de plaisir gourmand intense et l\u2019autre pour celles soucieuses de leur sant\u00e9, en collaboration avec Patrick Zbinden, analyste sensoriel et ancien Ambassadeur du pain et du chocolat&nbsp;des boulangers-confiseurs suisses. L&#8217;intensit\u00e9, l&#8217;enrobage, la texture, les ingr\u00e9dients et la forme ont notamment \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9termin\u00e9s, et une composante \u00e9minemment importante selon Zbinden \u2013 l\u2019\u00e9motion \u2013 a \u00e9t\u00e9 retenue.
