Lisa Frunz, responsable du commerce de d\u00e9tail et pr\u00e9sidente de la commission de formation initiale, a conduit la r\u00e9union.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2019est avec plaisir que Lisa Frunz a accueilli les chefs experts ; avec des repr\u00e9sen-tants de la Suisse romande et du Tessin. Leur pr\u00e9sence nombreuse a t\u00e9moign\u00e9 de l\u2019importance des points \u00e0 l\u2019ordre du jour et des \u00e9changes n\u00e9cessaires.<br>Le point le plus important \u00e9tait la proc\u00e9dure de qualification \u00ab Vente 2022+\u00bb. Les participants ont eu un aper\u00e7u des documents d\u2019examen \u00e9labor\u00e9s ainsi que des moyens auxiliaires et ont \u00e9t\u00e9 inform\u00e9s du d\u00e9roulement de la formation d\u2019expert. Les chefs experts organiseront des manifestations r\u00e9gionales afin d\u2019informer tous les formateurs \u00e0 temps et de mani\u00e8re approfondie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-vente-2022-aus-swissskills-2025\">\u00ab Vente 2022+\u00bb aus SwissSkills 2025<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La r\u00e9union a \u00e9galement trait\u00e9 des informations sur les affaires en cours de la BCS ainsi qu\u2019une r\u00e9trospective des SwissSkills 2023. C\u2019est avec satisfaction que les membres ont pris connaissance des prestations extraordinaires de tous les participants aux championnats suisses. Les chefs experts sont arriv\u00e9s \u00e0 la conclusion que des gestionnaires du commerce de d\u00e9tail CFC avec dipl\u00f4me<br>\u00ab Vente 2022+\u00bb devaient \u00eatre s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s pour les SwissSkills 2025. Ces championnats des m\u00e9tiers centralis\u00e9s \u00e0 Berne offrent une occasion id\u00e9ale de pr\u00e9senter la nouvelle formation aux jeunes, \u00e0 leurs parents et aux enseignants.<br>\u00ab Nous sommes sur la bonne voie gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019excellent travail de la commis-sion de formation initiale \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Lisa Frunz en exprimant sa reconnais-sance \u00e0 tous les membres de la commission qui se sont repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s. Elle a \u00e9galement remerci\u00e9 les chefs experts (repr\u00e9sentant tous les formateurs) pour leur disponibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 accepter la nouveaut\u00e9, \u00e0 relever des d\u00e9fis et \u00e0 accompagner les jeunes avec enthousiasme dans la vie professionnelle.
