Parfois, il est aussi important de faire appel aux comp\u00e9tences en mati\u00e8re de planifications aux services externes offerts par l\u2019association fa\u00eeti\u00e8re qui verra d\u2019un autre \u0153il l\u2019entreprise, ses imp\u00e9ratifs de gestion et de production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019analyse du march\u00e9 potentiel, des ventes r\u00e9elles, des habitudes de la client\u00e8le, des besoins des consommateurs en fonction de la situation du commerce sont des chemins ou des pistes utiles pour mieux cerner les besoins de production pour \u00e9viter les pertes. Analyser aussi les axes des possibilit\u00e9s et des usages multiples des invendus un des plus s\u00fbrs moyens de ne pas classer ceux-ci au rang des pertes. Produire plus juste un moyen absolu de limiter les risques, enlever la peur des changements est n\u00e9cessaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le personnel de vente doit aussi \u00eatre r\u00e9actif sous vos impulsions, pourquoi pas dans une tranche de la journ\u00e9e adapter un compor-tement salutaire avec une action flash sur un produit qui risque de se retrouver dans les invendus du soir ? Ceci n\u2019est pas n\u00e9gatif, mais au contraire \u00e9vite de passer l\u2019ensemble dans les pertes et profits.
