Elle a \u00e9galement approuv\u00e9 les cotisations inchang\u00e9es des membres. Les neuf membres du comit\u00e9, y compris le pr\u00e9sident, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9\u00e9lus in globo, sans discussion. Aucune remarque n\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 formul\u00e9e dans les divers. Rien \u00e0 signaler, alors\u2009? Pas tout \u00e0 fait.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-guy-emmenegger-une-annee-supplementaire\">Guy Emmenegger: une ann\u00e9e suppl\u00e9mentaire<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le pr\u00e9sident Guy Emmenegger voulait en principe prendre sa retraite \u00e0 la fin de l\u2019ann\u00e9e. Comme aucun successeur potentiel n\u2019a encore accept\u00e9 le poste (des discussions sont en cours), il est pr\u00eat \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser une ann\u00e9e suppl\u00e9mentaire. Et, il veut d\u00e9fendre les int\u00e9r\u00eats des membres durant cette ann\u00e9e avec \u00ab\u2009engagement et \u00e9lan\u2009\u00bb. Ce sera aussi l\u2019occasion de remanier la composition du comit\u00e9 directeur, de proposer une modification des statuts avec de nouvelles \u00e9lections, lors de la prochaine assembl\u00e9e des d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Une foule d\u2019informations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans son discours de bienvenue, le pr\u00e9sident Guy Emmenegger a fait remarquer que depuis quelques ann\u00e9es soit la qualit\u00e9, soit la quantit\u00e9 des r\u00e9coltes de bl\u00e9 n\u2019est pas suffisante. En 2016, c\u2019est au tour de la quantit\u00e9. Pour cette raison, swiss granum a demand\u00e9 \u00e0 la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration d\u2019augmenter le contingent d\u2019importation de 30\u2009000\u202ft. Une compensation de la \u00ab\u2009Loi chocolati\u00e8re\u2009\u00bb est en cours pour les exportateurs concern\u00e9s par une hausse des prix des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res de produits transform\u00e9s, due \u00e0 la diff\u00e9rence entre la Suisse et l\u2019\u00e9tranger. La FMS d\u00e9fend de bonnes conditions-cadres, un changement structurel pour leurs membres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme \u00e0 chaque assembl\u00e9e des d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s, le directeur Lorenz Hirt a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 un rapport des enjeux actuels avec de nombreux chiffres et documents pertinents pour les membres. La r\u00e9colte de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales panifiables a chut\u00e9 de 29\u2009000\u202ft, c\u2019est pourquoi swiss granum a demand\u00e9 30\u2009000\u202ft d\u2019importations de plus, \u00e9chelonn\u00e9es sur un an. Du point de vue des exportateurs, les accords de libre-\u00e9change avec le Canada et les Etats-Unis incertains sont positifs. Du point de vue des importateurs, tels que les meuniers, ils sont plut\u00f4t n\u00e9gatifs. De bonnes solutions ont \u00e9t\u00e9 trouv\u00e9es pour le secteur c\u00e9r\u00e9alier, au travers de la succession de la \u00ab\u2009Loi chocolati\u00e8re\u2009\u00bb et de la r\u00e9vision du droit sur les denr\u00e9es alimentaires (Largo). Il est possible de mettre en \u0153uvre la complexe r\u00e9glementation Swissness de mani\u00e8re pragmatique, selon une expertise mandat\u00e9e par FSM.
