Pour chaque pain vendu, 50 centimes sont revers\u00e9s en faveur de projets qui aident des familles paysannes dans les pays du Sud \u00e0 manger \u00e0 leur faim. Pour le nouveau propri\u00e9taire de la boulangerie, il s\u2019agit de la premi\u00e8re participation \u00e0 cette action.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La passion de Reto Bleiker pour la boulangerie et la p\u00e2tisserie est n\u00e9e t\u00f4t. Enfant, il aidait souvent sa m\u00e8re en cuisine. Plus tard, les subtilit\u00e9s du m\u00e9tier lui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 transmises par un de ses quatre fr\u00e8res. Il lui a fallu plusieurs ann\u00e9es d\u2019exp\u00e9rience pour r\u00e9ussir \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser son r\u00eave : avec sa partenaire Yvonne, il vient de reprendre la gestion de la boulangerie o\u00f9 il avait fait son apprentissage \u00e0 Oberhelfenschwil, dans la r\u00e9gion du Toggenburg. Apr\u00e8s vingt ans d\u2019activit\u00e9, l\u2019ancien boulanger Marcel Brunner lui transmet l\u2019entreprise avec confiance. Reto Bleiker reprend non seulement le m\u00e9tier, mais \u00e9galement les recettes, les sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s et les traditions de M. Brunner ainsi que la participation \u00e0 l&#8217;action Pain du partage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-aider-c-est-facile\">Aider, c\u2019est facile<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Marcel Brunner a particip\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019action depuis le d\u00e9but, il y a treize ans. Pour lui, c\u2019\u00e9tait une \u00e9vidence car, en plus de s\u2019agir d\u2019une noble cause, cela ne demandait que peu d\u2019effort suppl\u00e9mentaire. Avec sa forme en quartiers, le pain croustillant choisi pour l\u2019action est id\u00e9al pour \u00eatre partag\u00e9 (voir photo). Si la plupart des commandes \u00e9taient faites pour les soupes de car\u00eame, la client\u00e8le locale appr\u00e9ciait \u00e9galement tant le concept de l\u2019action que le pain en soi. Cet engagement a permis de r\u00e9colter chaque ann\u00e9e une belle somme d\u2019argent, que Marcel et sa femme Sibylle avaient en plus l\u2019habitude de doubler avec leurs propres moyens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab Y a-t-il des boulangeries qui ne participent pas ? \u00bb est la r\u00e9ponse de Reto Bleiker \u00e0 la question de savoir comment il motiverait d&#8217;autres boulangers \u00e0 participer \u00e0 l\u2019action. Selon lui, chaque personne devrait prendre davantage conscience qu\u2019elle peut aussi contribuer au changement pour un monde meilleur. Il peut s&#8217;agir d\u2019un petit geste comme l\u2019achat d\u2019un \u00ab pain du partage \u00bb, mais aussi de l&#8217;achat r\u00e9gulier et conscient de produits r\u00e9gionaux auxquels Marcel Brunner et Reto Bleiker sont tr\u00e8s attach\u00e9s. \u0152ufs, beurre, lait : ils ach\u00e8tent tout cela dans des commerces locaux. Ainsi, les circuits restent courts, la r\u00e9gion en b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie et la client\u00e8le sait ce qu&#8217;elle mange. La farine est elle aussi locale, ou pour le moins Suisse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-la-justice-climatique-commence-par-une-consommation-responsable\">La justice climatique commence par une consommation responsable<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le choix de privil\u00e9gier les produits r\u00e9gionaux est appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 par la client\u00e8le. M\u00eame si les grossistes tentent de l\u2019attirer avec des offres all\u00e9chantes, celle de Marcel Brunner lui est rest\u00e9e fid\u00e8le. Et, malgr\u00e9 la pand\u00e9mie, sa boulangerie n\u2019a pas vu son chiffre d\u2019affaires baisser. Certes, les commandes pour des restaurants ou de grands \u00e9v\u00e8nements ont diminu\u00e9, mais le nombre de clients a lui augment\u00e9, tout comme les livraisons. Il faut dire que, dans le Toggenburg, la r\u00e9putation de la boulangerie pour son pain d\u2019\u00e9peautre n\u2019est plus \u00e0 faire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et le pain qui reste apr\u00e8s la fermeture? M\u00eame celui-l\u00e0 trouve son chemin jusqu\u2019aux assiettes et aux estomacs qui gargouillent. \u00ab Le pain que nous ne vendons pas est congel\u00e9 et redistribu\u00e9 le lundi \u00e0 des personnes qui ont peu de ressources \u00bb, explique M. Brunner. Le gaspillage alimentaire devrait \u00eatre \u00e9vit\u00e9, pour des raisons tant \u00e9thiques qu\u2019\u00e9cologiques. Notre surconsommation a de graves cons\u00e9quences dans les pays du Sud, o\u00f9 les habitants vivent souvent des situations de d\u00e9tresse. C&#8217;est \u00e9galement sur ce point que se concentre la Campagne \u0153cum\u00e9nique de cette ann\u00e9e, intitul\u00e9e \u00ab Justice climatique, maintenant ! \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-informations\">Informations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019action Pain du partage aura lieu du 2 mars au 17 avril.
