Tous les autres produits connaissent aussi une hausse de prix, mais on semble tout simplement l\u2019ignorer\u2026 Diff\u00e9rents repr\u00e9sentants du secteur se sont exprim\u00e9s en cons\u00e9quence dans la presse.<br>Mais attention : on fait ici un mauvais calcul.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La raison des augmentations de prix recommand\u00e9es par la BCS n\u2019est pas seulement la hausse du prix de la farine, mais plus g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement la forte pression inflationniste. L\u2019automne dernier, la BCS a analys\u00e9 la situation en d\u00e9tail en collaboration avec l\u2019Ecole professionnelle Richemont. D\u00e9but novembre, elle a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swissbaker.ch\/fr\/news-panissimo\/themesarchives\/association\/association-details-fr\/prix-a-verifier-et-a-ajuster-si-necessaire\/\">attir\u00e9 l\u2019attention sur l\u2019envol\u00e9e des co\u00fbts pour notre m\u00e9tier (swissbaker.ch &lt; Assiciation<\/a>). Les d\u00e9penses en mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res, ingr\u00e9dients, logistique, emballages, \u00e9nergie, frais de cartes de cr\u00e9dit et de d\u00e9bit, notamment, enregistrent une hausse pouvant atteindre 15 %. Il appartient \u00e0 chaque entrepreneur de notre association de d\u00e9cider si, quand et dans quelle mesure il souhaite augmenter les prix de ses produits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La BCS a communiqu\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re claire et transparente. Il est maintenant d\u00e9concertant de constater que les d\u00e9clarations sont d\u00e9form\u00e9es, au d\u00e9triment de notre branche d\u00e9j\u00e0 fortement \u00e9branl\u00e9e. De m\u00eame, la communication sur le prix du pain des grands distributeurs a \u00e9t\u00e9 jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent de la poudre aux yeux. Bien qu\u2019ils d\u00e9tiennent 75 % du march\u00e9 du pain, aucune d\u00e9claration claire n\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 faite jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la semaine derni\u00e8re. Rien d\u2019\u00e9tonnant \u00e0 cela, puisque le pain est l\u2019un des principaux moyens de marketing et g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur de fr\u00e9quentation sur le march\u00e9 tr\u00e8s disput\u00e9 du commerce de d\u00e9tail. Personne ne voulait se positionner clairement sur ce sujet.
