Il s\u2019agit en effet d\u2019agir sur deux plans : relayer les pr\u00e9occupations et besoins de la branche aupr\u00e8s des autorit\u00e9s politiques d\u2019une part, et renseigner, soutenir et informer les entreprises sur les d\u00e9cisions prises par les autorit\u00e9s et les moyens de faire valoir leurs droits d\u2019autre part.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La pand\u00e9mie a fortement perturb\u00e9 les activit\u00e9s des entreprises, que ce soit en termes de contraintes sanitaires, d\u2019approvisionnement en mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res ou de gestion du personnel. L\u2019absence des collaborateurs pour cause de maladie, de quarantaine ou d\u2019autres contraintes n\u00e9cessite de r\u00e9organiser le travail et engendre un travail administratif important. Il est indispensable que chaque employeur sache \u00e0 qui s\u2019adresser pour conna\u00eetre et faire valoir ses droits, notamment en mati\u00e8re d\u2019allocations pour perte de gain ou d\u2019indemnit\u00e9s en cas de r\u00e9duction de l\u2019horaire de travail.
