En effet, les clients ne savent souvent pas que la (quasi)-totalit\u00e9 des produits sont confectionn\u00e9s maison. Ce qui est \u00e9vident pour ceux qui connaissent le secteur impressionne beaucoup les consommateurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La boulangerie-confiserie artisanale suscite un grand enthousiasme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Laissez vos clientes et clients entrevoir votre fournil\u2009!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seul un tr\u00e8s petit nombre d\u2019entreprises permettent \u00e0 leur client\u00e8le d\u2019admirer le laboratoire depuis le magasin de vente. Les opportunit\u00e9s de l\u2019amener \u00e0 le d\u00e9couvrir sont n\u00e9anmoins nombreuses\u2009: journ\u00e9e ou nuit portes ouvertes, apr\u00e8s-midi au fournil pour les enfants, photos et s\u00e9quences de film sur \u00e9cran de caisse ou de magasin, m\u00e9dias sociaux\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u2019appr\u00e9cie encore plus les d\u00e9licieux \u00ab\u2009sandwiches jambon au pain de campagne\u2009\u00bb depuis que j\u2019ai pu d\u00e9couvrir leurs secrets de fabrication. Leur d\u00e9gustation me replonge dans le souvenir de mes visites. Je me revois observer l\u2019ancien p\u00e9trin, l\u2019artisan boulanger-p\u00e2tissier en train d\u2019enfourner son pain, ou des mains s\u2019activer sur la surface de travail pour garnir des tranches de pain. Oui, un grand savoir-faire artisanal, et beaucoup de passion et de travail manuel se cachent dans chacun des excellents produits que vous vendez.
