En 2019, il s\u2019est associ\u00e9 \u00e0 ses parents et a pris la responsabilit\u00e9 de l\u2019entreprise\u2009; une enseigne solidement ancr\u00e9e dans son histoire, \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9coute de son personnel, de sa client\u00e8le et de son temps.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u2019ai appris sur place que j\u2019avais remport\u00e9 le Pain d\u2019or, lors de sa remise \u00e0 Ch\u00e2tel-St-Denis (FR). La surprise \u00e9tait \u00e9norme, je n\u2019avais pas de mots\u2009!\u2009\u00bb, se rappelle David Grandjean, laur\u00e9at du troph\u00e9e 2023, en octobre. Existant dans d\u2019autres cantons, ce prix est distribu\u00e9 en terre fribourgeoise pour la deuxi\u00e8me fois. La Confr\u00e9rie des chevaliers du bon pain l\u2019attribue au membre dont la moyenne des trois derni\u00e8res taxations de pain est la plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e. Le boulanger-confiseur romontois succ\u00e8de \u00e0 Michel Buchs. L\u2019artisan de Jaun (FR) l\u2019avait re\u00e7u en 2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La surprise a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019autant plus grande pour le laur\u00e9at, qu\u2019il a repris la responsabilit\u00e9 de la boulangerie-confiserie Dubey-Grandjean, en 2019. Ses parents Cathy et Jo\u00ebl \u00e9taient aux commandes avec le couple Angeline et Michel Dubey jusqu\u2019en 2018. L\u2019entreprise avait confirm\u00e9 \u00e0 six reprises son titre de chevalier, comme en t\u00e9moigne le nombre d\u2019\u00e9toiles accroch\u00e9 au sautoir de Jo\u00ebl Grandjean.
