A la Messe de Stuttgart, plus de 650 exposants pr\u00e9senteront leur offre dans quatre halles, sur environ 55 000 m2 de surface.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une multitude d\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nements, dont les nombreuses d\u00e9monstrations du forum des tendances boulang\u00e8res, et du forum des tendances p\u00e2tissi\u00e8res, offriront chaque jour des suggestions int\u00e9ressantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-large-spectre-d-exposants\">Large spectre d\u2019exposants<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le s\u00fcdback \u00e0 la Messe de Stuttgart est l\u2019un des salons des tendances les plus importants pour la boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie artisanale. Plus de 33\u2005000 professionnels sont attendus. Presque 20\u202f% des entreprises \u00e9trang\u00e8res pr\u00e9sentes proviennent d\u2019Europe, dont beaucoup d\u2019Autriche mais \u00e9galement de Suisse. L\u2019exposition se concentre notamment sur les prestations de service, l\u2019information et le management, la promotion des ventes, les marchandises, les techniques de travail et d\u2019entreprise, les \u00e9quipements de magasins et les mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res. Les th\u00e8mes tels que les snacks, la consommation hors domicile et le take-away gagnent en importance chez les exposants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le cadre de la foire, les s\u00fcdback Trend Award seront \u00e9galement remis. Ils distinguent les d\u00e9veloppements de produit innovants de la branche, du point de vue de la technique, du design et du concept.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Attractifs forums des tendances<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Au s\u00fcdback, il n\u2019y a pas que des produits, des innovations et des prestations de service qui sont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s, mais il y a \u00e9galement des conf\u00e9rences qui sont propos\u00e9es ainsi que des discussions informatives et professionnelles. Le forum des tendances boulang\u00e8res et celui des tendances p\u00e2tissi\u00e8res ont en ligne de mire les tendances de demain. Ils offrent un programme captivant et vari\u00e9 pour la production et la vente dans l\u2019artisanat boulanger. Les d\u00e9monstrations divertissantes et les autres repr\u00e9sentations artisanales sont tr\u00e8s populaires et tr\u00e8s suivies.
