Le titre de champion remport\u00e9 l\u2019automne dernier lors du Swiss Bakery Trophy \u00e0 Bulle (FR) est venu couronner le tout pour Chocolats Kaufmann \u00e0 Buchs (AG). Une belle histoire \u00e0 l\u2019approche de la Saint-Valentin\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le 14\u202ff\u00e9vrier, c\u2019est la Saint-Valentin\u2009: la f\u00eate de l\u2019amour et un jour important pour le secteur de la boulangerie-confiserie. Quoi de mieux \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard que le portrait d\u2019un jeune couple d\u2019entrepreneurs motiv\u00e9s qui se sont rencontr\u00e9s il y a plus de 20 ans dans des locaux de production, o\u00f9 les a frapp\u00e9s la fl\u00e8che de Cupidon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-assistante-a-l-examen-professionnel\">Assistante \u00e0 l\u2019examen professionnel<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u2009Le courant est tout de suite pass\u00e9 entre nous\u2009\u00bb, se souviennent-ils. La boulang\u00e8re-p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re-confiseuse de formation dirigeait alors le d\u00e9partement p\u00e2tisserie de la confiserie Br\u00e4ndli \u00e0 Aarau. J\u00fcrg Kaufmann se souvient en souriant qu\u2019il avait tout de suite remarqu\u00e9 cette jeune et jolie professionnelle et sa jovialit\u00e9. Il travaillait alors dans le d\u00e9partement confiserie, et allait ensuite diriger l\u2019ensemble de la production. J\u00fcrg Kaufmann ambitionnait de passer l\u2019examen professionnel et l\u2019examen professionnel sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 cette \u00e9poque. Son amie Nadin B\u00fchrer lui servait d\u2019assistante pendant l\u2019examen professionnel. \u00ab\u2009Nous nous sommes toujours bien compl\u00e9t\u00e9s\u2026\u2009\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-premier-reve-realise\">Premier r\u00eave r\u00e9alis\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ils ont travaill\u00e9 ensemble pendant cinq ans dans la confiserie Br\u00e4ndli avant de r\u00e9aliser un premier r\u00eave commun. Ils ont pass\u00e9 deux ans outre-mer. Ils ont trouv\u00e9 sur internet leur nouvel employeur, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thomashaas.com\/\">Thomas Haas Fine Chocolates &amp; Patisserie \u00e0 Vancouver (CAN)<\/a>. Apr\u00e8s un entretien d\u2019embauche et un essai sur place, leur d\u00e9cision \u00e9tait prise\u2009: Nadin et J\u00fcrg Kaufmann ont commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 travailler dans la p\u00e2tisserie de Thomas Haas \u00e0 l\u2019automne 2008. J\u00fcrg Kaufmann \u00e0 la production, sa compagne \u00e0 la vente. La boulang\u00e8re-p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re-confiseuse de formation a au d\u00e9but \u00e9t\u00e9 un peu d\u00e9\u00e7ue d\u2019\u00eatre affect\u00e9e au magasin, mais la d\u00e9ception a \u00e9t\u00e9 de courte dur\u00e9e. L\u2019activit\u00e9 de barista l\u2019a notamment rapidement fascin\u00e9e\u2009: \u00ab\u2009J\u2019ai beaucoup appris et profit\u00e9 du grand savoir-faire ambiant.\u2009\u00bb A l\u2019\u00e9poque, cette mani\u00e8re de faire \u00e9tait encore m\u00e9connue en Suisse.
