De son c\u00f4t\u00e9, Martin Mayer, de la boulangerie Vuaillat \u00e0 Uster (ZH), est ravi de se joindre \u00e0 cette initiative pour soutenir les personnes les plus d\u00e9munies. Ces deux artisans partagent plus qu\u2019une passion pour le bon pain et le terroir\u2009; ils incarnent une compr\u00e9hension profonde de l\u2019action solidaire.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u2009Pour un monde plus juste, chaque \u00eatre humain devrait avoir acc\u00e8s aux denr\u00e9es alimentaires de base\u2009\u00bb, affirme Peter Aregger. En temps de crise climatique, Peter estime que la durabilit\u00e9 et l\u2019innovation sont essentielles. Pour r\u00e9duire le gaspillage alimentaire, il collabore avec la boulangerie \u00c4ssBar \u00e0 Lucerne, qui offre une seconde chance aux invendus. De plus, afin de minimiser l\u2019impact environnemental, les emballages de ses plats \u00e0 emporter sont biod\u00e9gradables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-une-approche-locale-et-durable\">Une approche locale et durable<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Nich\u00e9e dans l\u2019Oberland zurichois, la boulangerie Vuaillat accorde elle aussi une importance particuli\u00e8re \u00e0 la durabilit\u00e9. Martin Mayer privil\u00e9gie le local et le r\u00e9gional autant que possible et se procure ses c\u00e9r\u00e9ales dans le village voisin chez \u00ab\u2009SlowGrow\u2009\u00bb, l\u2019exploitation laur\u00e9ate du premier Prix Climat en 2022. Ce \u00ab\u2009petit miracle\u2009\u00bb nous ram\u00e8ne en effet \u00e0 l\u2019essentiel\u2009: de la farine, de l\u2019eau, du sel et, surtout, du savoir-faire et de la patience. Rien de plus. \u00ab\u2009m \u2009Le levain repr\u00e9sente une forme de ralentissement\u2009\u00bb, estime Martin, \u00ab\u2009il prend son temps\u2009\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-la-justice-commence-chez-nous\">La justice commence chez nous<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce boulanger passionn\u00e9 estime que chacun peut amener sa pierre \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9difice et accomplir de \u00ab\u2009petits miracles\u2009\u00bb. Cette ann\u00e9e, il souhaite s\u2019engager dans l\u2019action \u00ab\u2009Pain du partage\u2009\u00bb et apporter ainsi sa contribution \u00e0 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Martin souligne que nous sommes souvent trop centr\u00e9s sur nous-m\u00eames en affirmant que \u00ab\u2009la solidarit\u00e9 s\u2019exprime dans le partage.\u2009En partageant nos comp\u00e9tences et nos talents, nous cr\u00e9ons une communaut\u00e9 plus forte\u2009\u00bb. Peter, qui confectionne un pain sp\u00e9cial d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but de l\u2019action, est du m\u00eame avis\u2009: \u00ab\u2009Une seule personne ne peut pas changer le monde, c\u2019est l\u2019effort collectif qui compte\u2009\u00bb. \u00c0 travers leur engagement, les deux boulangers transmettent un message de solidarit\u00e9 \u00e0 leur client\u00e8le et participent \u00e0 plus de justice dans le monde. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-chaque-boulangerie-et-confiserie-peut-proposer-le-pain-du-partage\">Chaque boulangerie et confiserie peut proposer le Pain du partage<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendant la Campagne \u0153cum\u00e9nique d\u2019Action de Car\u00eame, l\u2019EPER et \u00catre Partenaires, chaque boulangerie et confiserie peut proposer un Pain du partage.
