{"id":7404,"date":"2016-09-30T11:42:00","date_gmt":"2016-09-30T09:42:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/?p=7404"},"modified":"2022-04-29T11:43:23","modified_gmt":"2022-04-29T09:43:23","slug":"protection-des-jeunes-travailleurs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/fr\/panissimo-news\/protection-des-jeunes-travailleurs\/","title":{"rendered":"Protection des jeunes travailleurs"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Comme annonc\u00e9 lors des cours de perfectionnement pour coordinateurs de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 (cosec), par suite de la modification de l\u2019ordonnance du 28\u202fseptembre 2007 sur la protection des jeunes travailleurs (OLT 5), le Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 le 25\u202fjuin 2014 d\u2019abaisser l\u2019\u00e2ge minimum de 16 \u00e0 15 ans pour les travaux dangereux effectu\u00e9s dans le cadre de la formation professionnelle initiale.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette modification est entr\u00e9e en vigueur le 1er\u202fao\u00fbt 2014.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette d\u00e9cision du Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral implique que les organisations du monde du travail concern\u00e9es doivent \u00e9laborer des mesures d\u2019accompagnement et les soumettre pour approbation au Sefri dans un d\u00e9lai de trois ans apr\u00e8s l\u2019entr\u00e9e en vigueur de la version r\u00e9vis\u00e9e de l\u2019OLT 5, soit au plus tard d\u2019ici au 31\u202fjuillet 2017. Pour faciliter la t\u00e2che aux entreprises, les mesures d\u2019accompagnement relatives \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail et \u00e0 la protection de la sant\u00e9 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9labor\u00e9es en faisant appel \u00e0 des sp\u00e9cialistes de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail, le Sefri, apr\u00e8s consultation aupr\u00e8s du Secr\u00e9tariat d\u2019Etat \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9conomie (seco), les ayant approuv\u00e9es il y a quelques jours.
