Je me suis souvenue avec un peu de nostalgie de ma longue carri\u00e8re d\u2019intervenante CIE. Mais la curiosit\u00e9 et l\u2019envie de d\u00e9couvrir ce nouveau type d\u2019enseignement \u00e9taient grandes. Comment fonctionne exactement cette nouvelle formation CIE ax\u00e9e sur la pratique ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le jour de ma visite, le th\u00e8me de la \u00ab di\u00e9t\u00e9tique \u00bb \u00e9tait \u00e0 l\u2019ordre du jour. La conf\u00e9renci\u00e8re exp\u00e9riment\u00e9e, Franziska Furter, a expliqu\u00e9 avec comp\u00e9tence les nutriments de notre secteur. Les macro- et micro-substances ont \u00e9t\u00e9 examin\u00e9es de plus pr\u00e8s dans le cadre de travaux de groupe. Des contenus actuels ont \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9s avec des mandats proches de la pratique. Les apprentis ont lu la th\u00e9orie dans le mat\u00e9riel didactique beook, rempli des textes \u00e0 trous et analys\u00e9 les solutions en groupes. Le r\u00e9sultat du travail de groupe a ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019aide de l\u2019application ludique \u00ab Simple Show \u00bb.<br>J\u2019ai \u00e9t\u00e9 positivement surprise de voir qu\u2019aucun groupe n\u2019appr\u00e9hendait de pr\u00e9senter son travail. Les apprentis ont su utiliser les diff\u00e9rents m\u00e9dias num\u00e9riques avec brio. Apr\u00e8s la pr\u00e9sentation, les participants ont fait le lien avec la pratique et leur propre entreprise \u2013 en analysant les produits de leur entreprise, en r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissant proactivement aux situations les plus diverses, et en se demandant notamment quels produits pouvaient \u00eatre recommand\u00e9s \u00e0 une client\u00e8le veillant \u00e0 une alimentation riche en prot\u00e9ines. Les connaissances acquises ont ainsi pu \u00eatre directement int\u00e9gr\u00e9es dans le travail quotidien. Ce constat a \u00e9t\u00e9 pour moi le point fort de la journ\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-reflexions-sur-la-journee-de-visite\">R\u00c9FLEXIONS SUR LA JOURN\u00c9E DE VISITE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Suite \u00e0 cette journ\u00e9e de visite extr\u00eamement instructive, j\u2019ai r\u00e9fl\u00e9chi \u00e0 ce que le nouveau mod\u00e8le scolaire signifie exactement pour les diff\u00e9rents participants.<br>Les performances d\u2019apprentissage peuvent \u00eatre fortement stimul\u00e9es si le programme est bien structur\u00e9 et le calendrier strictement respect\u00e9. L\u2019intervenante cr\u00e9e ainsi un espace pour r\u00e9pondre de mani\u00e8re cibl\u00e9e aux besoins des apprentis qui le requi\u00e8rent, tandis que les autres peuvent continuer \u00e0 travailler de mani\u00e8re concentr\u00e9e.<br>L\u2019avanc\u00e9e de la num\u00e9risation peut repr\u00e9senter un d\u00e9fi pour les formatrices, qui doivent s\u2019y adapter pour soutenir au mieux les apprentis tout en profitant des avantages techniques. La num\u00e9risation permet de gagner du temps, ce qui est plus que bienvenu dans le quotidien tr\u00e8s dense de la vente. Le fait que les mandats et les travaux des apprentis puissent \u00eatre consult\u00e9s en ligne \u00e0 tout moment est extr\u00eamement positif pour les formatrices.<br>Le temps imparti \u00e0 l\u2019ex\u00e9cution des mandats de pr\u00e9paration des CIE est tr\u00e8s limit\u00e9. Un conseil \u00e0 tous les apprentis : investissez plus de temps que celui propos\u00e9 pour les mandats et demandez rapidement les informations n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 votre entreprise. Commencez toujours par lire la th\u00e9orie relative aux mandats avant d\u2019effectuer les t\u00e2ches correspondantes.<br>En tant que responsable du commerce de d\u00e9tail, je consid\u00e8re l\u2019introduction du nouveau profil professionnel Vente 2022+ comme une \u00e9tape n\u00e9cessaire et je salue l\u2019\u00e9volution des exigences du secteur. J\u2019appr\u00e9cie l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de l\u2019orientation pratique de la formation, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 laquelle les apprentis sont bien pr\u00e9par\u00e9s aux d\u00e9fis r\u00e9els.<br>Le CIE est selon moi tr\u00e8s bien organis\u00e9 et peut compter sur des intervenantes comp\u00e9tentes et proches de la pratique. Le m\u00e9lange \u00e9quilibr\u00e9 d\u2019outils p\u00e9dagogiques interactifs et d\u2019activit\u00e9s de groupe favorise un environnement d\u2019enseignement passionnant.
