Les jalons de la r\u00e9ussite de ces championnats des m\u00e9tiers \u00e9tant pos\u00e9s d\u00e8s la formation, \u00ab\u2009Panissimo\u2009\u00bb a interview\u00e9 les anciens formateurs des actuelles championnes.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jasmin Ruoss, en commerce de d\u00e9tail, Judith Knellwolf, en p\u00e2tisserie-confiserie, et Alice W\u00fcthrich, en boulangerie, sont mont\u00e9es sur la plus haute marche du podium des SwissSkills Championships 2023. Leur apprentissage dans leur entreprise formatrice les ayant men\u00e9es au succ\u00e8s en collaboration avec leurs formateurs, il faut croire que ces trois-l\u00e0 \u2013 Jasmine L\u00f6ffel (boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie Huber, SG), Hans Leutwyler (boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie Leutwyler, AG) et Urban Thoma (fondation Lebensart, BE) \u2013, outre leur talent dans leurs m\u00e9tiers respectifs, ont aussi quelques comp\u00e9tences en mati\u00e8re de formation professionnelle\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text is-stacked-on-mobile is-vertically-aligned-center\" style=\"grid-template-columns:39% auto\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"262\" height=\"337\" src=\"https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/jasmine-loeffel_jasmin-ruoss.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-73907 size-full\"\/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p>Jasmine L\u00f6ffel de la boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie Huber (Gommiswald, SG) est heureuse que Jasmin Ruoss ait \u00e9t\u00e9 la derni\u00e8re apprentie de sa m\u00e8re, bient\u00f4t \u00e0 la retraite, \u00e0 remporter les SwissSkills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile\" style=\"grid-template-columns:auto 39%\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p>Hans Leutwyler de la boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie Leutwyler (Zofingen, AG) appr\u00e9cie, outre la d\u00e9termination de son ancienne apprentie Judith Knellwolf, le fait qu\u2019elle ait l\u2019esprit d\u2019\u00e9quipe.<\/p>\n<\/div><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"262\" height=\"337\" src=\"https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/hans-leutwyler_judith-knellwolf.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-73910 size-full\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text is-stacked-on-mobile\" style=\"grid-template-columns:39% auto\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"262\" height=\"338\" src=\"https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/urban-thoma_alice-wuethrich.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-73912 size-full\"\/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p>Urban Thoma de la fondation Lebensart (B\u00e4rau, BE) a assist\u00e9 \u00e0 la remise de son prix \u00e0 Alice W\u00fcthrich, et pu ensuite la f\u00e9liciter personnellement pour son succ\u00e8s.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pourquoi vous engagez-vous dans la formation professionnelle\u2009?<\/strong><br><strong>Jasmin L\u00f6ffel\u2009: <\/strong>Les jeunes sont notre avenir. J\u2019aime mon m\u00e9tier et j\u2019aimerais transmettre ma joie et mes connaissances professionnelles. Je suis pr\u00eate \u00e0 faire beaucoup \u00e0 cet effet en cas de motivation et d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat.<br><strong>Hans Leutwyler\u2009: <\/strong>Parce que j\u2019aime mon m\u00e9tier et que je veux motiver les jeunes \u00e0 faire ce qui les passionne. On constate souvent que leurs parents ou leur entourage influencent les jeunes int\u00e9ress\u00e9s en avan\u00e7ant des arguments n\u00e9gatifs. Je veux montrer que le m\u00e9tier offre de nombreux aspects positifs. Cela fait partie de nos t\u00e2ches quotidiennes et aide toute l\u2019entreprise dans son travail quotidien. C\u2019est par ailleurs essentiel pour notre avenir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:16px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quelles valeurs essayez-vous de transmettre aux apprentis\u2009?<\/strong><br><strong>JL\u2009: <\/strong>Selon moi, il ne faut pas vraiment faire une distinction entre le travail et la vie priv\u00e9e. Je pense que la confiance en soi, la fiabilit\u00e9 et l\u2019honn\u00eatet\u00e9 envers soi-m\u00eame et son entourage sont tr\u00e8s importantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>HL\u2009:<\/strong> La loyaut\u00e9, le souci de la qualit\u00e9, l\u2019esprit d\u2019\u00e9quipe\u2009; et j\u2019essaie de cr\u00e9er l\u2019\u00e9tincelle pour que les jeunes apprennent avec int\u00e9r\u00eat. Sur le plan priv\u00e9, il est important pour moi que les apprentis soient adultes, ils doivent assumer la responsabilit\u00e9 d\u2019eux-m\u00eames et de leurs d\u00e9cisions. J\u2019essaie de les encourager, de faire en sorte qu\u2019ils soient fiers d\u2019eux-m\u00eames et de leurs performances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p style=\"text-transform:uppercase\">\u00ab la confiance en soi,<br>la fiabilit\u00e9 et l\u2019honn\u00eatet\u00e9<br>sont tr\u00e8s importantes.\u2009\u00bb<\/p>\n<cite>Jasmine L\u00f6ffel<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>UT\u2009:<\/strong> J\u2019essaie de cr\u00e9er un environnement o\u00f9 travailler et apprendre est un plaisir. J\u2019essaie souvent de me mettre \u00e0 la place des apprentis. Et plus ils apprennent vite, plus ils peuvent m\u2019aider. Une situation gagnant-gagnant \u00e9vidente pour tous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:23px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pouvez-vous nous dire quels sont pour vousles moments forts du travail avec des apprentis\u2009?<\/strong><br><strong>JL\u2009: <\/strong>L\u2019\u00e9tincelle dans les yeux lorsqu\u2019ils r\u00e9ussissent enfin \u00e0 faire quelque chose \u00e0 la troisi\u00e8me ou quatri\u00e8me tentative. Le plaisir de voir qu\u2019\u00e0 partir d\u2019un certain moment, les apprentis peuvent travailler de mani\u00e8re autonome, ou veulent d\u2019eux-m\u00eames en apprendre plus. Et bien d\u2019autres choses encore\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>HL\u2009: <\/strong>Je suis tr\u00e8s bien \u00e9paul\u00e9 par une \u00e9quipe engag\u00e9e \u2013 l\u2019\u00e9quipe est pour moi un partenaire de r\u00e9flexion pr\u00e9cieux et important. Nous avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 form\u00e9 au moins 60 jeunes. Je suis toujours en contact avec beaucoup d\u2019entre eux, et j\u2019en suis tr\u00e8s heureux. Les superbes travaux r\u00e9alis\u00e9s pendant les cours ou les devoirs aussi sont souvent des moments forts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p style=\"text-transform:uppercase\">\u00ab J\u2019essaie de les encourager, de faire<br>en sorte qu\u2019ils soient fiers d\u2019eux-m\u00eames<br>et de leurs performances. \u00bb<\/p>\n<cite>Hans Leutwyler<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>UT\u2009:<\/strong> En tant que formateur, l\u2019examen de fin d\u2019apprentissage est toujours un aboutissement pour moi. Ma joie est particuli\u00e8rement grande lorsque des apprentis auxquels l\u2019apprentissage a pos\u00e9 probl\u00e8me r\u00e9ussissent leur EFA.
