L\u2019ann\u00e9e suivante \u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 planifi\u00e9e. Je me suis alors demand\u00e9 ce que je voulais apprendre en 2015.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour moi, c\u2019\u00e9tait clair que mon futur m\u00e9tier devait avoir affaire \u00e0 des gens. Mon exp\u00e9rience dans une cr\u00e8che m\u2019a certes plu, toutefois, je n\u2019en ferai pas mon travail. H\u00f4teli\u00e8re a \u00e9t\u00e9 la profession que j\u2019ai envisag\u00e9e ensuite. Je me suis cependant assez vite rendue compte qu\u2019autre chose m\u2019attirait beaucoup plus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u2009Et pourquoi pas dans une boulangerie\u2009?\u2009\u00bb, laissais-je \u00e9chapper. Mon envie de faire mon apprentissage dans ce type de commerce a tout \u00e0 coup \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s importante.
