Depuis d\u00e9cembre, Elina Laich y participe en tant qu\u2019assistante.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elle remplace Nathalie G\u00fcntert, qui a relev\u00e9 un nouveau d\u00e9fi fin janvier apr\u00e8s trois ans et demi d\u2019engagement efficace au sein de l\u2019association.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elina Laich poss\u00e8de notamment une riche exp\u00e9rience dans le domaine de la restauration et de l\u2019h\u00f4tellerie. De langue maternelle allemande, elle ma\u00eetrise les deux langues nationales, le fran\u00e7ais et l\u2019italien, et dispose de bonnes connaissances en anglais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme elle le rel\u00e8ve, Mme\u202fLaich peut \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent mettre ses deux passions, la p\u00e2tisserie et l\u2019\u00e9criture, au service de la boulangerie-confiserie. La BCS se r\u00e9jouit de collaborer avec elle.
