C\u2019est en tout cas ce qui ressort de l\u2019analyse du sondage de la BCS sur la formation de boulanger-p\u00e2tissier-confiseur CFC, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e au comit\u00e9 central. Environ 80\u202f% des formateurs ont notamment obtenu de mauvaises notes.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019association doit organiser tous les cinq ans une consultation sur les contenus de la formation initiale de boulanger-p\u00e2tissier-confiseur CFC. Quelque 800 questionnaires ont \u00e9t\u00e9 envoy\u00e9s \u00e0 des enseignants et entreprises formatrices. Ludwig Caderas, membre de la commission de la formation, a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 les r\u00e9sultats au comit\u00e9 central.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u2009Nous sommes sur la bonne voie\u2009\u00bb, la grande majorit\u00e9 approuve les contenus de la formation initiale et les trouve d\u2019actualit\u00e9. Le dossier de formation est excellent, et les jeunes l\u2019utilisent \u00e9galement. Certaines lacunes existent en mati\u00e8re de cleantech. Un groupe traitera de ce sujet. Un grossier d\u00e9faut a n\u00e9anmoins \u00e9t\u00e9 constat\u00e9, comme le souligne M. Caderas\u2009: \u00ab\u2009Il est de notre devoir d\u2019accompagner nos apprentis en mati\u00e8re de documentation.\u2009\u00bb Or pr\u00e8s de 80\u202f% des formateurs ne le font pas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-appliquer-la-solution-msst\">Appliquer la solution MSST<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les apprentis ne peuvent utiliser des machines qu\u2019apr\u00e8s que cela ait \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00fbment document\u00e9. Le membre de la commission de la formation recommande donc vivement d\u2019appliquer la solution MSST, les cons\u00e9quences pouvant s\u2019av\u00e9rer catastrophiques en cas de probl\u00e8me. \u00ab\u2009Je connais une entreprise qui a d\u00fb fermer pour cette raison.\u2009\u00bb Il a appel\u00e9 les d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s \u00e0 motiver les membres. Une formation en la mati\u00e8re est un must.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M.\u202fCaderas a par ailleurs inform\u00e9 le comit\u00e9 central que la proc\u00e9dure de qualification avait connu quelques changements, et que toute personne obtenant un CFC recevait \u00e9galement un cadre national de qualification (CNQ).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le comit\u00e9 central a donn\u00e9 son feu vert aux nouvelles directives relatives \u00e0 la proc\u00e9dure de qualification (PdQ) de boulanger-p\u00e2tissier-confiseur CFC. Quelques modifications mineures seront encore apport\u00e9es \u00e0 ces derni\u00e8res, qui seront disponibles en ligne d\u00e8s septembre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Plus de 96\u202f% ont r\u00e9ussi les examens<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ludwig Caderas a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 les r\u00e9sultats des PdQ 2016. 641 candidats se sont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s aux examens, 619 (96\u202f%) les ont r\u00e9ussis. La moyenne des notes s\u2019est \u00e9lev\u00e9e \u00e0 4,83.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tous les cantons ont travaill\u00e9 avec ExpertAdmin, except\u00e9 ceux de Vaud, de Neuch\u00e2tel et du Tessin. \u00ab\u2009Le syst\u00e8me fonctionne pour les apprentis. Nous devons maintenant nous atteler \u00e0 la pond\u00e9ration. L\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 est d\u00e9sormais de mise\u2009\u00bb, selon M.
