Mais ce qui est arriv\u00e9 moins de deux semaines plus tard peut \u00eatre qualifi\u00e9 de super catastrophe pour l\u2019exploitation, catastrophe qui n\u2019a pu \u00eatre ma\u00eetris\u00e9e que gr\u00e2ce aux efforts extraordinaires des collaborateurs.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque nous avons pris contact avec Ruth Haab, patronne de la boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie-confiserie W\u00e4lchli \u00e0 Rothrist (AG), elle nous a imm\u00e9diatement fait part de sa demande, avant m\u00eame le d\u00e9but de l\u2019\u00e9laboration de l\u2019article: \u00abTout aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 impossible si nous n\u2019avions pas des collaborateurs aussi remarquables!\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-un-site-provisoire-a-long-terme\"><strong>Un site provisoire \u00e0 long terme<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour commencer cette histoire, il faut revenir en 2020. La filiale de la gare d\u2019Aarau (AG) de la boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie-confiserie W\u00e4lchli vient d\u2019\u00eatre d\u00e9plac\u00e9e dans des locaux provisoires sp\u00e9cialement am\u00e9nag\u00e9s en vue de la transformation totale. S\u2019ensuivent trois ann\u00e9es \u00e9prouvantes dans les 35 m\u00e8tres carr\u00e9s d\u2019un container. C\u2019est donc le c\u0153ur lourd que l\u2019on prend cong\u00e9 de l\u2019installation provisoire le 28 f\u00e9vrier, malgr\u00e9 tous les al\u00e9as: \u00abTout le monde s\u2019\u00e9tait en quelque sorte attach\u00e9 au container\u00bb, avoue Ruth Haab. Le mercredi 1er mars, lorsque le personnel accueille les clients dans le nouveau magasin, la joie est grande, des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s du comptoir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-retrouver-enfin-le-quotidien-de-l-exploitation\">Retrouver enfin le quotidien de l\u2019exploitation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abC\u2019\u00e9tait un soulagement pour tout le monde. Nous nous sommes dit: Maintenant, \u00e7a roule, nous pouvons revenir \u00e0 une activit\u00e9 normale\u00bb. Les doutes concernant le nouveau concept de magasin devaient \u00eatre mis de c\u00f4t\u00e9, les affaires secondaires en suspens devaient \u00eatre trait\u00e9es et les 11 autres sites devaient enfin pouvoir \u00eatre pris en charge de mani\u00e8re ad\u00e9quate. Malheureusement, pas pour longtemps&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-la-catastrophe\">La catastrophe<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abPuis il y a eu cette grosse d\u00e9tonation, c\u2019\u00e9tait le 12 mars\u00bb, raconte la patronne. Le dimanche matin 12 mars, le double four \u00e0 chariot rotatif du fournil de Rothrist (AG) explose. Miraculeusement, personne n\u2019est bless\u00e9, bien que le personnel soit en plein sprint final de production. \u00abL\u2019euphorie a brusquement disparu. Nous \u00e9tions au bord du gouffre, d\u00e9sempar\u00e9s et ne savions plus quoi faire\u00bb, d\u00e9clare r\u00e9trospectivement la patronne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-un-soutien-arrive-en-un-temps-record\">Un soutien arriv\u00e9 en un temps record<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le ramoneur et le responsable du br\u00fbleur se rendent imm\u00e9diatement sur place et examinent le cas. Conclusion: la cause serait \u00e0 chercher dans le four. Mais aucun expert en mati\u00e8re de construction de four n\u2019\u00e9tait disponible. Un ami de la maison donne le conseil d\u00e9cisif: \u00abNous devrions appeler quelqu\u2019un de Lausanne, quelqu\u2019un que nous ne connaissions pas\u00bb. Un coup de fil, deux heures, et voil\u00e0 que cet inconnu diagnostique le four sur place: dommage total. Fissure dans la chambre de combustion. Le four doit \u00eatre retir\u00e9. D\u00e9lai de livraison d\u2019au moins douze semaines pour un remplacement. Les questions se multiplient dans la t\u00eate de la patronne: \u00abComment allons-nous produire sans l\u2019armoire de cuisson qui fonctionne dix heures par jour? Est-ce que nous arriverons \u00e0 g\u00e9rer le volume avec la nouvelle filiale d\u2019Aarau uniquement avec le four \u00e0 \u00e9tages?\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-l-esprit-d-equipe-accomplit-l-impossible\">L\u2019esprit d\u2019\u00e9quipe accomplit l\u2019impossible<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9tat de crise r\u00e8gne pendant douze semaines. Les livraisons sont assur\u00e9es gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un plan d\u2019urgence \u00e9labor\u00e9 par la responsable du fournil, Chantal Stampfli, et \u00e0 des trajets suppl\u00e9mentaires quotidiens. Les p\u00e2tisseries doivent \u00eatre cuites lors d\u2019un travail fastidieux dans le four \u00e0 \u00e9tages, ce qui exige beaucoup des boulang\u00e8res. Tout le monde tire \u00e0 la m\u00eame corde, ce qui laisse une impression durable \u00e0 Ruth Haab: \u00abRien n\u2019aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 possible s\u2019il n\u2019y avait pas eu des artisans aussi remarquables. Et cela s\u2019est confirm\u00e9 pour moi: les collaborateurs sont le plus grand atout d\u2019une exploitation\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bien que les circonstances semblent avoir jou\u00e9 en d\u00e9faveur de l\u2019exploitation, l\u2019approvisionnement de ses propres magasins et caf\u00e9s ainsi que des gros clients peut \u00eatre maintenu. Le \u00abnouveau b\u00e9b\u00e9\u00bb est install\u00e9 et peut \u00eatre mis en service, retour \u00e0 la situation normale. Les collaborateurs ont tout surmont\u00e9 avec l\u2019entreprise et sont toujours rest\u00e9s soud\u00e9s.
