C&#8217;est de ces questions parmi d&#8217;autres que nous discuterons le 8 mars, Journ\u00e9e internationale de la femme, \u00e0 l\u2019occasion de la premi\u00e8re \u00e9dition de la s\u00e9rie \u00abPhilosophie du pain\u00bb organis\u00e9e par l&#8217;association BrotZeit Schweiz. \u00abPanissimo\u00bb a interrog\u00e9 au pr\u00e9alable les deux professionnelles et participantes au d\u00e9bat, Claudia Bischof et Julia Ernst\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-l-image-masculine-du-metier-de-boulanger-appartient-au-passe-parce-que\">L&#8217;image masculine du m\u00e9tier de boulanger appartient au pass\u00e9, parce que&#8230;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Claudia Bischof: &#8230;<\/strong>\u00a0ce profil professionnel ne d\u00e9pend plus uniquement de la force des muscles. En effet, aujourd&#8217;hui en Suisse, les femmes ont la possibilit\u00e9 d&#8217;\u00e9voluer de mani\u00e8re autonome dans le monde du travail. Et surtout, les femmes ont appris \u00e0 se faire une place dans les domaines de travail domin\u00e9s par les hommes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Julia Ernst:<\/strong>\u00a0C&#8217;est \u00e9vident! Dans ma classe d&#8217;\u00e9cole professionnelle, la proportion de femmes est de 80%. Dans l&#8217;exploitation, le rapport est encore un peu diff\u00e9rent, il y a environ un tiers d&#8217;hommes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-et-qui-porte-vraiment-la-culotte-au-fournil\">Et qui porte vraiment la culotte au fournil?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>C.B.:<\/strong>\u00a0Celui ou celle qui porte la responsabilit\u00e9. Dans le meilleur des cas, il s&#8217;agit d&#8217;une personne qui poss\u00e8de les comp\u00e9tences sociales et professionnelles n\u00e9cessaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>J.E.:<\/strong>\u00a0Dans notre exploitation, il y a presque autant d&#8217;hommes que de femmes chefs d&#8217;\u00e9quipe. Ceux qui aiment prendre des responsabilit\u00e9s et qui en sont capables ont la chance de le faire, qu&#8217;il s&#8217;agisse d&#8217;une femme ou d&#8217;un homme.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-que-peuvent-apprendre-les-hommes-de-leurs-collegues-femmes\">Que peuvent apprendre les hommes de leurs coll\u00e8gues femmes?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>C.B.:<\/strong>\u00a0Que c&#8217;est toujours ensemble que l&#8217;on r\u00e9ussit le mieux. Que le chemin le plus court ou le plus rapide n&#8217;est pas toujours le bon ou le meilleur. Et que (outre les aspects qualitatifs des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res) le \u00abcomment\u00bb est d\u00e9terminant &#8211; dans la collaboration, pour le produit et le contact avec la client\u00e8le.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>J.E.:<\/strong>\u00a0Nous n&#8217;avons tous pas fini d&#8217;apprendre, il en va de m\u00eame pour les hommes. Ils pourraient peaufiner leur communication&#8230; Cependant, la serviabilit\u00e9 des hommes est tr\u00e8s grande, certaines femmes pourraient s\u2019en inspirer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-quels-sont-les-avantages-d-une-equipe-composee-de-femmes-et-d-hommes\">Quels sont les avantages d&#8217;une \u00e9quipe compos\u00e9e de femmes ET d&#8217;hommes?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>C.B:<\/strong><\/em>&nbsp;Le fait que les ressources des deux sexes puissent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es en faveur de l&#8217;ambiance et du succ\u00e8s de l&#8217;exploitation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>J.E.:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em>Les \u00e9changes sont plus passionnants et plus vari\u00e9s. J&#8217;aime les \u00e9quipes mixtes, elles d\u00e9gagent des ondes positives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-qu-appreciez-vous-particulierement-dans-la-branche\">Qu&#8217;appr\u00e9ciez-vous particuli\u00e8rement dans la branche?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>C.B.:<\/strong><\/em>&nbsp;Le fait d&#8217;avoir une activit\u00e9 sens\u00e9e pour les gens. La possibilit\u00e9 d&#8217;\u00eatre cr\u00e9atif. Le fait de pouvoir aborder d\u2019autres domaines, souvent plus vastes, et de contribuer \u00e0 les fa\u00e7onner, comme par exemple la conception de l&#8217;avenir des groupes professionnels interd\u00e9pendants (boulangers, agriculteurs, meuniers).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>J.E.<\/strong><\/em>: Le travail avec les denr\u00e9es alimentaires et le fait d\u2019offrir un peu de bonheur aux clients avec des douceurs. J&#8217;appr\u00e9cie le fait que ce soit un m\u00e9tier artisanal, o\u00f9 je peux utiliser ma t\u00eate et mes mains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-quel-est-votre-produit-prefere-dans-la-branche\">Quel est votre produit pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 dans la branche?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>C.B:<\/strong>\u00a0Le pain de Saint-Gall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>J.E.:<\/strong>\u00a0Notre pain maison croustillant, il est toujours appr\u00e9ci\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Claudia Bischof<\/strong>&nbsp;a obtenu son dipl\u00f4me de boulang\u00e8re-p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re en 1984. Apr\u00e8s deux \u00abann\u00e9es de p\u00e9r\u00e9grination\u00bb, elle a ouvert avec une amie une boulangerie bio au four \u00e0 bois dans l&#8217;Emmental. Apr\u00e8s un passage dans le domaine social, elle a dirig\u00e9 pendant plus de dix ans l&#8217;\u00e9quith\u00e9rapie au foyer Wyssestei \u00e0 Soleure, puis l&#8217;atelier de boulangerie du R\u00fcttihubelbad \u00e0 Walkringen. Aujourd&#8217;hui, elle est ind\u00e9pendante et travaille \u00e0 nouveau comme auxiliaire dans le fournil de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/lehmann-holzofenbeck.ch\/kontakt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">la boulangerie bio Lehmann \u00e0 Lanterswil (TG).<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Julia Ernst<\/strong>&nbsp;a 16 ans et a commenc\u00e9 son apprentissage de boulang\u00e8re-p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re en 2021 \u00e0 la boulangerie bio Lehmann.<br>C\u2019est une passionn\u00e9e de p\u00e2tisserie. En plus de la boulangerie, elle excelle dans les astuces de ju-jitsu et adore lire des romans fantastiques. Julia savait d\u00e9j\u00e0 en troisi\u00e8me primaire qu&#8217;elle travaillerait un jour dans un fournil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>S\u00e9rie de manifestations \u00abPhilosophie du pain\u00bb<\/strong><br>Tout tourne \u00abautour du pain\u00bb et a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9 par l&#8217;association BrotZeit Schweiz en collaboration avec Neubad Lucerne.
