Les sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s glac\u00e9es, les p\u00e2tons, les liquides, les produits sous licence, les produits fabriqu\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re industrielle ainsi que les assortiments de type plateaux ap\u00e9ritifs ne sont pas admis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chacune des sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s inscrites sera accompagn\u00e9e d\u2019une feuille de d\u00e9claration et pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re anonyme. Trois experts professionnels et deux consommateurs se chargeront de les \u00e9valuer. Les crit\u00e8res concerneront \u00e0 la fois l\u2019aspect ext\u00e9rieur et int\u00e9rieur. En fonction des points obtenus, les produits remporteront ou non une m\u00e9daille.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Des prix sp\u00e9ciaux seront \u00e9galement attribu\u00e9s.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>-\u2004Le Swiss Bakery Champion 2016-2017\u2009: \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise qui obtiendra la plus haute moyenne des cinq meilleurs produits pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-\u2004Les prix Boulangerie, P\u00e2tisserie, Confiserie, \u00ab\u2009Snack-Traiteur\u2009\u00bb\u2009: au produit de chaque cat\u00e9gorie ayant obtenu la meilleure moyenne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-\u2004Le prix Bernhard Aebersold\u2009: au produit jug\u00e9 le plus cr\u00e9atif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-\u2004Les prix cantonaux\u2009: \u00e0 la meilleure entreprise de chaque canton (plus haute moyenne des cinq meilleurs produits).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D\u00e9lai d\u2019inscription\u2009: fin septembre<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ouvertes jusqu\u2019au 30\u202fseptembre, les inscriptions peuvent \u00eatre faites via le formulaire disponible sur <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lepain.ch\/\">www.lepain.ch<\/a> > SBT 2016.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La 7e \u00e9dition du Swiss Bakery Trophy (SBT), la taxation nationale de produits de boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie-confiserie, se d\u00e9roulera du 28\u202foctobre au 1er\u202fnovembre, \u00e0 Bulle (FR).
