Malgr\u00e9 la pand\u00e9mie, son chiffre d\u2019affaires a doubl\u00e9 en trois ans.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sur les hauts de Sion, les clients de DB Les Artisans se succ\u00e8dent au comptoir et au tea-room. Les quelque 45 places assises ne restent gu\u00e8re longtemps inoccup\u00e9es. Ga\u00eblle et Baptiste Debons ont pris possession des lieux le 30\u202fnovembre. Commenc\u00e9 avant la pand\u00e9mie, le chantier a cependant subi des retards. \u00ab\u2009Nous avons termin\u00e9 de rentrer les machines dans le b\u00e2timent \u00e0 19\u2009h\u200930\u2026 A minuit, nous produisions\u2009\u00bb, rel\u00e8ve le cuisinier et p\u00e2tissier-confiseur de formation. Le couple occupait jusqu\u2019alors une boulangerie, \u00e0 une centaine de m\u00e8tres de l\u00e0. Ses 70m2 de laboratoire et 50 de magasin sur plusieurs \u00e9tages ne suffisaient plus \u00e0 faire face \u00e0 la hausse du volume de production. \u00ab\u2009Cela devenait fatigant pour l\u2019\u00e9quipe constitu\u00e9e alors de neuf collaborateurs en production.\u2009\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-outil-de-travail-de-410-m2\">Outil de travail de 410 m2<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La nouvelle installation, dont le projet a germ\u00e9 en 2015, dispose de surfaces tripl\u00e9es sur un niveau\u2009: 210 m2 pour la production, 150 pour la vente, 30 de pr\u00e9paration et le reste en local de stockage. Quatorze personnes \u0153uvrent au fournil. \u00ab\u2009Les installations sont celles d\u2019une boulangerie traditionnelle\u2009: un cong\u00e9lateur, un frigo, deux chambres de pousse, un four et trois p\u00e9trins. (\u2026). Le froid \u00e9tant le plus important, nous nous sommes entour\u00e9s de Kolb K\u00e4lte et Pitec avec qui nous avons toujours eu de bons contacts.\u2009\u00bb<br>R\u00e9alisation de l\u2019architecte d\u2019int\u00e9rieur s\u00e9dunois Mijong, l\u2019am\u00e9nagement du magasin et du caf\u00e9 reprend les coloris du logo de l\u2019entreprise.
