Charg\u00e9 de politique et de communication depuis 2008 et vice-directeur de la BCS depuis 2012, Urs Wellauer dispose d\u2019une exp\u00e9rience de longue date en mati\u00e8re de direction, au niveau op\u00e9rationnel et strat\u00e9gique. Propri\u00e9taire d\u2019une p\u00e2tisserie-confiserie avec caf\u00e9 \u00e0 Amriswil par le pass\u00e9, il a assum\u00e9 la fonction de pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019Union suisse des patrons p\u00e2tissiers-confiseurs, ainsi que diff\u00e9rents mandats politiques. Le pr\u00e9sident Silvan Hotz et l\u2019ensemble du comit\u00e9 directeur de la BCS sont convaincus de pouvoir ainsi assurer la continuit\u00e9 de l\u2019excellent travail associatif. Urs Wellauer s\u2019est impos\u00e9 face \u00e0 35 autres candidats, dans le cadre de la proc\u00e9dure de candidature pr\u00e9voyant plusieurs interviews et \u00e9valuations.
