Tr\u00e8s \u00e9mu, ce dernier a pr\u00e9sid\u00e9 ses derni\u00e8res assises, apr\u00e8s 18 ann\u00e9es pass\u00e9es au comit\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s une ann\u00e9e priv\u00e9e d\u2019assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale pour cause de virus, les membres des Artisans boulangers-p\u00e2tissiers-confiseurs vaudois (ABPCV) se sont r\u00e9unis le 10\u202fmars. Cette 131e \u00e9dition s\u2019est tenue au centre culturel et sportif du Vieux Moulin \u00e0 Saint-Prex (VD).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En plus de signer le retour en pr\u00e9sentiel, ces assises \u00e9taient les derni\u00e8res de St\u00e9phane Mercuri en tant que pr\u00e9sident. Entr\u00e9 au comit\u00e9 directeur en 2004, il y a \u0153uvr\u00e9 durant 18 ans dont 5 \u00e0 sa t\u00eate. Auparavant, il avait pr\u00e9sid\u00e9 la section Cossonay-Jura vaudois. Le boulanger aura \u00ab\u2009donc \u00e9t\u00e9 actif pour l\u2019association professionnelle durant une bonne trentaine d\u2019ann\u00e9es\u2009\u00bb, comme l\u2019a relev\u00e9 le secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Yves Girard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les quelque 80 membres pr\u00e9sents ont \u00e9lu \u00e0 l\u2019unanimit\u00e9 le vice-pr\u00e9sident Laurent Buet, patron de la Maison Buet \u00e0 Lausanne, pour lui succ\u00e9der. Auparavant, ils avaient r\u00e9it\u00e9r\u00e9 leur confiance \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble du comit\u00e9 directeur pour cinq ans, \u00e0 savoir Laurent Buet, Christian Court, Wilhelm Ohnmacht et Yves Schneider. Le boulanger de Daillens (VD) Pascal Cl\u00e9ment a compl\u00e9t\u00e9 les rangs, \u00e0 la suite du d\u00e9part de M. Mercuri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-festivites-et-jubilaires\">Festivit\u00e9s et jubilaires<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Durant la partie publique en pr\u00e9sence de personnalit\u00e9s politiques et associative, Yves Girard a rappel\u00e9 les activit\u00e9s en cours et en pr\u00e9paration.
