J\u2019ai beaucoup appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 ma formation. Le contact avec les clients \u00e9tait pour moi une \u00e9vidence. Toutefois, \u00e0 18 ans, on ne se rend pas forc\u00e9ment compte de certaines choses, qui maintenant, me tiennent particuli\u00e8rement \u00e0 c\u0153ur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depuis 2014, j\u2019ai la chance d\u2019\u0153uvrer en tant que responsable d\u2019une succursale. On m\u2019y a offert l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00eatre experte, formatrice d\u2019apprentis et enseignante aux cours interentreprise. Et depuis, je me rends compte que l\u2019on doit se battre pour avoir du personnel qui a cette envie d\u2019apprendre. On ne vous demande pas de changer, on vous prie simplement d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir de nouvelles comp\u00e9tences, d\u2019approfondir vos connaissances et d\u2019\u00eatre plus professionnel pour montrer aux clients votre passion du m\u00e9tier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il y a des patrons et des responsables qui ch\u00e9rissent leur profession et qui ont envie de partager leurs connaissances. Il y a \u00e9galement des cours aupr\u00e8s de Richemont pour accro\u00eetre ainsi qu\u2019apprendre de nouvelles techniques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alors profitez, apprenez et donnez-vous l\u2019envie.
