Les apprentis ne peuvent ex\u00e9cuter des t\u00e2ches risqu\u00e9es qu\u2019en fonction de leur niveau de formation\u2009; pour autant que cela soit explicitement pr\u00e9vu dans le r\u00e8glement de formation. C\u2019est le cas dans notre profession.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On oublie trop facilement que les apprentis doivent uniquement \u00eatre instruits et surveill\u00e9s par une personne qualifi\u00e9e et majeure\u2009; et non pas par un apprenti. Les instructions pour les machines et les installations, le maniement des produits de nettoyage doivent toujours \u00eatre consign\u00e9es et r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9es \u00e0 intervalles r\u00e9guliers. Nous nous r\u00e9f\u00e9rons ici au chapitre 3 de la solution par branche MSST.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les premi\u00e8res semaines et mois conditionnent le rapport \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et \u00e0 la protection de la sant\u00e9 de chaque apprenti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et, cela souvent pour une bonne partie de la vie professionnelle. Jeter de la farine n\u2019importe comment sur un plan de travail, est un exemple r\u00e9v\u00e9lateur. Int\u00e9rioris\u00e9e, cette pratique pourra \u00eatre corrig\u00e9e apr\u00e8s la formation uniquement au prix d\u2019importants efforts. Autrement dit, les apprentis observent m\u00e9ticuleusement la mani\u00e8re de travailler et s\u2019adaptent rapidement \u00e0 la culture d\u2019entreprise. C\u2019est pourquoi, il est de la plus grande importance que les responsables de la formation des entreprises, des cours interentreprises ainsi que les professeurs sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s sensibilisent \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail et \u00e0 la protection de la sant\u00e9 les jeunes qui leur sont confi\u00e9s\u2009; et ce, d\u00e8s le premier jour de formation. Ils doivent toujours repr\u00e9senter un mod\u00e8le. Une instruction soign\u00e9e avant le travail, la surveillance des apprentis lors de l\u2019ex\u00e9cution de celui-ci et la correction d\u2019\u00e9ventuelles erreurs constituent un devoir \u00e0 chacune des \u00e9tapes de la formation professionnelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-de-l-ecole-au-monde-du-travail\">De l\u2019\u00e9cole au monde du travail<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s la p\u00e9riode scolaire et le temps des vacances, les jeunes ne sont pas encore habitu\u00e9s au nouveau rythme de vie du monde du travail. Cela demande du temps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les changements d\u2019habitudes de sommeil en lien avec la profession (se lever plus t\u00f4t) peuvent justement \u00eatre lourds au d\u00e9but de l\u2019apprentissage et rapidement g\u00e9n\u00e9rer de la fatigue. Les cons\u00e9quences sont l\u2019allongement des temps de r\u00e9action et une attention r\u00e9duite. De ce fait, le taux de risque d\u2019accident et le nombre de produits manquant ont tendance \u00e0 augmenter. C\u2019est pourquoi, il est important pour les formateurs de cr\u00e9er un climat de confiance o\u00f9 les apprentis peuvent \u00e9galement parler de leur fatigue \u00e9ventuelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous souhaitons \u00e0 tous les apprentis un d\u00e9but r\u00e9ussi dans leur apprentissage, en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9, ainsi que plein de bonheur dans leur profession.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Les jeunes ne doivent pas ex\u00e9cuter de travaux dangereux.
